I love these chairs! the color, style and quality were exactly what I was looking for. The only downside was the assembly. They weren’t the easiest chairs to put together. It definitely took some patience and a bit of muscle to get everything lined up correctly. We had to work at it to get the screws aligned, and eventually gave up on getting the very last screw in. That said, even without that final screw, the chairs are still sturdy and feel secure. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. If you’re willing to spend a little extra time on assembly, the end result is absolutely worth it. They look fantastic and feel like great quality for the price! ... show more

These are wonderful chairs! I am almost 6 feet tall with long legs and my lower back is well supported. The chairs are not heavy and work so well in my small apartment. Definitely a mid century modern look! The fabric feels like flax or a natural weave. I'd recommend them to anyone. Relatively easy to put together, but it does take time. ... show more

    • Cute chairs, but assembly is tricky

Thank goodness for the review entitled "Assembly Assistance for You!" I was so frustrated until I read that review and it explained that the label on Part A MUST be facing the front of the chair. Otherwise you'll never get the seatback on. Regarding said label, it's a large label that comes off in tiny pieces and layers. Even then, there's still glue residue. I had to go buy some Goo Gone to get it all off. An easier to remove label would be nice. The other difficult part of the assembly is the corner blocks that go between the legs to stabilize them. The guide holes for the screws are tiny and once you get the first screw in with the corner block in place, you can't see the other screw holes at all. You just have to kind of guess, and if you're off by a hair, it's almost impossible to get these blocks installed. I finally gave up and am leaving that part for my husband. Once assembled, these are nice looking chairs and seem fairly sturdy and comfortable. ... show more

We tried another brand that is very similar to this style and they were so uncomfortable, we had to send them back. These fit us so comfortably. The back rest is the perfect height and angle and the seats are large enough to support your whole thigh. I am an ergonomic specialist by trade and how the chair fits the body is very important to me. These are about as perfect as can be in that regard. They look beautiful with my table and wall color too. They seem to be very sturdy and well designed for long wear. I am 5'6" and my husband is 6'2"....He says he loves how they make him sit upright at the table without slouching while remaining very comfortable. ... show more

I bought these to replace terrible chairs that came with a dining set. They are *very* sturdy. There are threaded bolt holes to attach the seat to the frame securely, which is crucial for stability but a lot of less expensive chairs do not include this. I have a lot of experience with ready to assemble furniture, and this is top notch RTA. very easy to put together, just look at the instructions carefully. I love that to align everything and eliminate wobble after the chair is assembled, all you have to do is gently drop it onto the floor. Everything evened out immediately, I tightened up all the bolts then and the chairs are perfect. ... show more

Here’s the thing, these chairs look wonderful. Great color. But out of the 6 I bought, half of them almost made me want to unalive myself. Three came together perfectly and easily and I was like “these people complaining that they’re hard to put together are full of it. They just aren’t following instructions” then I got to chair number 4 (from the same box as chair 3) and I wanted to scream. I even thought I was hypoglycemic and was not seeing clearly so I took a 24 hour break from putting them together. It was impossible. Save your sanity or maybe you want to be insane. Idk your life. Initially, when the chairs arrived I put the first together in just a few minutes. The second chair would not align at all. I tried so many different ways to finesse the bolts into the hole but it was not even close. I compared the frame pieces to the first chair and saw the problem. It was some kind of manufacturing defect and there was no way this was going to work. Rather than return the chairs I contacted the company. They offered to send me replacement legs but advised they were backordered. I was disappointed but agreed. I was impressed that they communicated really well throughout and shortly I got a notice that the pieces were back in stock and they sent out the appropriate pieces. Chair was assembled. All was good. I didn't have to follow up or complain or remind them. They fixed the problem and the product is good. Nice! ... show more
