I would honestly give this more than five stars if I could! This is amazing! My coworkers kept saying to buy it but I didn't. It can't be that good I thought. I was wrong! This more amazing then I thought. It got rid of my tension and these large knots on my shoulder! It's easy to use too. No need to even look at instructions. Super great deal!!! So happy that we bought this. We purchased one for a gift and one for us. This is great to help relieve tension in your neck, back and shoulders. The heat function is super nice. I sit at a desk all day and my neck was really bothering me. I switched out pillows but it didn’t help. I bought this neck massager and it’s helped big time!!!!! SO glad I bought this.

The media could not be loaded. I have only used it once, literally just came in the mail today. Watch the video, with sound. Good lord this thing is obnoxious, definitely not relaxing. It does an ok job of hitting knots in my back, but I’m disappointed with the overall effectiveness. I have to really pull down on the arm rests to feel it massage my shoulders. I don’t notice a change in heat with the setting option. I also do not like that it changes directions automatically every 1 to 2 minutes. It stops and then changes directions automatically ever. What’s the point of having a button to change direction if it’s going to do it whether I want it to or not? I am not satisfied with this purchase.
