I started on my journey to use of a clothes steamer when my friend gushed about hers. Now she is much more anal about wearing perfectly ironed (I mean you can tell that she spends hours Ironing/Steaming her clothes). She gave me an old one to try, but she had forgotten that it had lost the ability to heat. So I went and purchased one and it didn't do anything. I think I got a wrinkle out just breathing on it in frusration. Well, I returned that one and bought another ~ this one more expensive. Well I repeated this insanity two more times ~ once with Amazon, and they were all too much work for the benefit. As I was preparing to return the first one that I bought through Amazon, this one caught my eye. It fell right in the middle as far as pricing goes, and had a sleek look to it. I gave it a try, and I am glad that I did. I especially like how it feels in my hand ~ although it is a bit heavier than the others I tried. It is super easy to get started, warms up very quickly, doesn't drip as two others had. The only negative I will comment on is the mitt. It's a nice "bonus" but I don't find it necessary. If you are on the fence, just give it a try. It's free to r3eturn it and you have 30 days to return it if you so choose. But I bet you will enjoy the same ease it provides to make clothes look like you care how you look. Something that I am still working on. LOL

This is the first steamer that I have ever owned, so I don't have anything with which to compare it's effectiveness. However, I have inadvertently found several other uses other than steaming my clothes. These uses include giving myself a steaming facial; steaming the clothes I am actually wearing, although I don't recommend it; and steaming out old age wrinkles in one's hands. It really does work on clothes too! Wasn't sure how to operate the settings at first because the type in the manual is so small, I had to go find my magnifying glass to read them and even then it didn't explain what all the symbols on it mean. There is this nice handy glove that is included, and I have tried it on each hand trying to discern which hand it is supposed to be worn on. If you are wearing it in the hand with the steamer, the hand holding the clothing item gets steamed. If you wear it on the "helping" hand, the hand holding the steamer can get steamed from the blowback of the steam against the clothing. Could be me, but I think two gloves would be helpful especially if you switch hands during mid-steam. I am an ambidextrous steamer. I don't really think this is a good size for travel because if you take a carryon size bag, it will take up one half of one side of the bag. There is no way to smoosh it or pack an extra pair of socks or underwear inside of it. I still haven't figured out what the brush is for - maybe it doubles has a hairdryer. There really wasn't much mention of the brush in the manual either. They are probably still trying to figure it out too. Overall, it does what it says - steams your clothes and it is lightweight, so I guess I am happy.

I put off purchasing a steamer for years. I thought that they were high maintenance and hard to use. I finally caved and purchased this steamer when I purchased a tule dress for a wedding that arrived extremely crinkly. This steamer got out all of the wrinkles, was super easy to use, and best part was it was a breeze to put away! The steam does get very hot so be aware of that! The mode where you can just turn it on and it goes is the best!

Love the portability of the steamer. This is a necessity if you buy clothes online. There is constant steam and on demand steam functions. It's so much faster than ironing! The constant steam uses up the water quickly. I used it for my son's suit, and the seams came out perfect... even after adjustments. BEWARE! The mitt has no heat resistant capability. It is super thin. I used it behind a shirt and burnt my hand. Overall great product. Reduced one star as the mitt is not safe to use with the steamer.

I like how easy it is to set up and use. I got this steamer to keep a photo backdrop free of wrinkles. Once I figured out a good technique it got most of the wrinkles out, I think I would just need to spend a little more time to getting it perfectly wrinkle-free. I'm sure if I had a smaller surface area to cover, like clothes, this would get it perfect. It heats the water quickly and has multiple wrinkle removing options if needed. Overall a great product!

First of all, instructions are kind of confusing and seem incomplete. After going through instruction and messing with steamer, I got it figured it out. Has a slider button that works like a safety switch (when it the up position prevents steamer upper slider from locking to the on p;osition). Can be used in either constant on in locked position or when bottom slider is in up position top button needs to be held for steam. The included brush works well to brush my garments while steaming and I leave it on. Filling it can be done by either detaching tank or leaving it attached. Comes with a mitt but it is worthless to me because it seems too thin to use. Overall, decent steamer

I bought this so I could easily remove wrinkles on clothing that was hanging. The steamer does a fine job on hanging items and on surfaces. I also use it to remove wrinkles from quilt fabric. it is much lighter than my professional iron and easy to use. I will probably end up giving it to my college student to use- who needs a big ironing board/expensive iron anymore? It's lightweight and takes up almost zero storage space. The only negative is the mitt to protect your hand from heat. Mine had a hole in it and just was kind of clunky. I will use something else.

We ordered this as we are going to be attending a lot of wedding this year; both regional and international. Sometimes the hotels/AirBnb's don't have irons and creased clothes are never nice. Hence my wife did research and suggested we order this. It's so convenient to use and packs very easily + is light. Highly recommend!
