I love the colors in this pretty rug, and it's very soft and comfortable on our feet. This is machine made in a low-pile design with a great TPR backing that really is nonslip. If my 95-pound Labrador can hit this rug at full speed without making the rug slide, it's not going to slide. Don't let the fairly low price of this rug scare you away from it -- this is the real deal and is a great bargain at this price point. The rug is very thin, which seems to be the going thing nowadays, but it's extremely soft. This is made of faux wool and is machine washable, but since this is a 4'x6' rug, I won't wash it in my washing machine at home. I'll take it to the laundromat and use their big industrial machine. I love the colors and the abstract design, and it's very soft on your feet. My feet mostly hop around on this rug since there's normally a big dog on this rug - it evidently belongs to him now - and he doesn't care to move. I'm just glad he likes it so much, and evidently he has very good taste. I would definitely highly recommend this rug to anyone for any reason - add a rug to a good spot to brighten up your home, use this in your bedroom, or, if you have a very wide hallway as we do, use it in the hall. This is an excellent product, and I'd love nothing more than to have our home carpeted in the colors and patterns of this rug. My dog gave this four paws and one tail up, and I gave it five stars, so that makes ten - exactly what this rug deserves. ... show more

Im really happy with this rug. The fact that it is machine washable is awesome. First thing I did before I laid it down was wash it and dry it (air dry). It didnt lose lint and lasted thru the wash very well! Strangely, it didnt get the fold wrinkles out.. maybe it needs to be ironed. All in all, it is a beautiful design and awesome craftsmanship. It is comfortable to sit on since it is soft. The only tidbit from a color standpoint is that it is not as vibrant as in the images (probablu because a picture filter was used). The rug is medium (4' x 6'),so the images on the advertisement are a little misleading. They mustve been a bigger size of this design. Overall, 5 stars. I'd love to buy it in a larger size but this does well still. ... show more

I have already washed this twice because my dog loves to pee on it. The liquid doesn’t seem to go through the bottom onto my hardwood floors which is great and it’s also easy to fold up and toss in my washing machine. Ive washed it twice and it still looks perfectly new. There’s no padding under it so it’s a bit hard on the hardwood floors but it has a rubber back so it doesn’t shift on the floors. I love this area rug. The vivid colors and fun pattern are so beautiful! Even though this low profile rug is thin, it is super soft on my feet. The grip on the back side keeps this rug from sliding around, which is very important in my home because I have young children. I am so glad that this rug is machine washable. It's such a hassle to spend hours scrubbing, hanging, and drying dirty rugs in high traffic areas. It will save a substantial amount of time to be able to toss this into the washer when it gets dirty. This is an awesome rug. It's visually appealing, soft, and easy to clean. This (4x6) Choshome rug is better looking and better feeling than I expected for the advertised cost (~40). We are using this rug inside our small guest house kitchen area. The color match is also good with brown floor tiles… the gold colored parts on this rug makes this happen. Pictures are attached. The only small problem of this rug, -it is shipped folded-up, and this obviously creates creases & these do not magically disappear after you unfold it. I thought about washing the rug to get rid of the creases, but decided against that. I rolled-up the rug like a cigarette, and then unrolled it 2 days later, and the creases are largely gone. I was tempted to rate this at 4 stars, but I can't because of the quality and affordability. One more thing, I thought that this rug would be too large for our clothes washer, but after holding it, I now believe washing it in our standard sized machine is doable. ... show more
