  • Choppi = Kitchen Upgrade
Color: Green
This Choppi is a kitchen game-changer! It's sharp, chops super uniform, and is a joy to use. No more tears from onions, garlic is chopped in seconds…maybe less, it’s so easy to clean, and it is CORDLESS! I love just grabbing it and throwing whatever I’m prepping in it because it’s always ready go. Seriously It's so fun to use. We have been throwing ice in it and making snow cones. Also, it’s actually quite safe, it doesn’t turn on with the lid off. You'll be looking for reasons to chop. Mine has a cozy little spot on my counter now. Just buy it, you’ll be happy you did! ... show more

  • Great for small chopping jobs
Color: Canyon Sunset
Often times I hesitate to get out my big CuisineArt just to mince a few ingredients for chimichurri or for other small meals. So this is the perfect size tool to chop garlic, parsley, cilantro and other ingredients in. I think it’s good for these secondary jobs, and not too horrible to clean. I’m a little less enthusiastic about the appearance, which, is why I took off one star. Quite honesty that fleshy pink cover look a very weird. And while I like that we are utilizing chargeable battery technology more and more, having to keep track of all the various USB cords and sizes is a pain. I’d actually prefer a regular electrical plug-in type cord for appliances like this. I think this might also make a nice gift for the home chef in the family. We always need more tools and gadgets to try out! ... show more

  • Much more powerful to than the mini chopper I've used before I don't have to charge every use.
Color: Blue
I have a similar sized mini chopper I use for onions garlic and chopping veggies for foods. It won't do potatoes unless I chop them up first by knife, and same goes for carrots and tougher veggies. It will not work at all if I do meat or raw chicken. This unit I could tell the motor was much stronger so I could store this and use a number of small tasks before recharging. Torque is fairly good too and I was happy to find that it could process raw meant chunks to a degree. Good cooks know this but there's a well-defined way to make the best, tender burgers at home. In interesting thing happens when you grind beef. You will note that you can make a meatball, a patty or a loaf filled with other chopped foods. When beef if finely ground the tendons are able to bind together. This is why although you would think finely ground beef would not stay together, but actually does and gets very tough when cooked. There are methods to tenderize using salts, and baking soda, but they often ruin the taste. The best method is to get an inexpensive or better cut of steak and chop it into 3/4 inch pieces. Then in a food processor like this one pulse it a few times to get a coarse chop, and press that into a burger patty. Fry that to preferred doneness and let it rest like a steak for 3-5 minutes on a cooling rack or small plate. Season to taste, put in a quality bun, and eat. Super tender whether you fry or grill it. By having a coarse ground instead of fine it's hard for the meat tendons and fibers to immediately bond so you get a great tender burger. This unit besides doing well with my onions, garlic and other vegetables. Will do a nice coarse chop for beef. I've not tried it on chicken, I suspect it will work but may need it partially frozen. The chopper is very easy to clean wipe off the power head, remove the top, and wash out the glass jar, removing the blades and washing them. It cleans up in barely a minute and when dried will be ready for a new chop. I did try one more thing I usually do in a blender, and that's using oats. I use them with squash to make a sort of veggie pizza crust. This will turn oaks into a powder that blends very well with finely chopped quash or cucumbers. Like most harder veggies you may have to chop them up a little finer to use the mini processor. It's a good Idea for squash or cucumbers to remove the two ends before processing. My new go to kitchen quick meal processor. Recommended. ... show more

  • Cool little gadget
Color: Red
I had something similar to this and unfortunately didn’t survive too long . I gotta say I am huge fan of cordless products and will buy if I have this option . Last year for my birthday I got another one , a big brand name with much larger size . It was all good . But the blender part is so flimsy , it got broke from the handle after 6 months . So I decided to order this and give another try . Here it goes . It came in a very nice package . Impressive from the beginning . Comes with instructions , a charging cable and a tiny little brush . Instruction manual is much needed for all the information you look for . For example I had a bit of a trouble when charging first time even though it came somewhat charged . It is blinking orange color if needs to be charged . 3 white steady lights on the unit means it’s fully charged . What is interesting with this machine is you don’t have to continuously press the button to operate . For pulse you know what to do . For continuous operation , quick two pushes does the job . I like how it works so far . Cleaning is so easy . Since the blade is removable and the blender housing is wide and large ( well 2 cups amount large ) washing is a breeze . There is a max line on the body so don’t fill it to the rim . Motor part is easily washable , but don’t dump in the water . Quick rinsing under water is enough while taking care of the charging port does not get any water . I got the red one and love it ! It’s not tomato red , a bit softer shard red . Charges fairly quick . Since I got this we can’t stop using it . We make our own doggy food mix every day mixing some vegetables , rice and tuna . With a few pulses we are done and the doggy is happy . Yes a bit pricey compared to some others , but well worth it . It’s nice , useful and bother compact . We love it ! It deserves the respect … ... show more

  • Great for Camping Kitchens
Color: Canyon Sunset
I absolutely adore this little chopper. It quickly and easily tears through herbs and veggies with a simple push. It's my go to salsa maker when I need a small batch on the fly. What I love most is that I can take it anywhere! We have a small camper trailer and I can't bring a ton of cooking gadgets and cutlery because our space is very limited, but with this little chopper I can throw it in a bag and quickly chop up whatever I need without being trapped next to an outlet. Depending on how much you have in the processor you may have to stop and push the larger chunks down off the side. I also found this chopper very easy to put together and take apart for cleaning. ... show more
