NO COMPLAIN TO A LAB OR AMAZON. Those guys did their job as good as they could, I bet. Horrible USPS service. Absolute nightmare. Dropped sample into a collection box, waited for 4 days, tracking ID said "Label created, awaiting for shipping" (with the date when the test was put in to system, far behind in the past). Contacted lab (must admit their fast and prompt response - great job!), guys checked and informed that my test has not reached lab yet (it happens when USPS does not bother to scan envelope while processing). Waited a few more days, called USPS, initialized investigation. TOLD EXACT ADDRESS OF THE COLLECTION BOX. They did not bother to look. Apparently, sample of my DNA is floating somewhere in the air on the horn of a rainbow unicorn. Lab offered replacement test as a courtesy. Very nice of them, I appreciate that, but I'm afraid to do this again.

This test was one of the easiest I’ve ever done. More people need to be made aware about at-home testing products, Choose Health’s test really left me feeling I got great value for my money!! And to get doctors insights into how to improve my blood sugars and cholesterol as a free part of the test, was great! Can’t recommend it enough. 5 stars

Testing report was helpful to prep for visit in 3 mos to re-check lab levels. I assumed Homa-ir would measure insulin sensitivity , but testing measure insulin resistance only. Definitely helpful to understand overall health picture. One problem occurred with report overview video from doctor not working, although there is a written review underneath.

I was taking this test to establish my metabolic type not expecting anything worrying (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FAST 8 HOURS OR MORE) I fasted and took this test before I had breakfast. The instructions are very clear. But it doesn’t tell you to fast. I had to go looking for that info. It was very easy to take the test. I sent it off Monday morning and had my results Friday evening. There were some markers that are a so will be going to see my Dr. I’m so happy I did this test!

I bought 4 tests like this. Do not trust any of them anymore. Their 4 results are all consistently wrong, versus 2 classical lab tests. They found my A1c to be 6.1, 6.0 and 6.0 respectively, which means prediabetic. the lab tests found mt A1c to be 5.4 and 5.6 respectively. Since this is a 3 month average and the tests were take 1 day apart, they are very wrong. Also, my true glucose was 90 by classic lab test, and by this card test was found at 118. On the cholesterol they gave me around 200 what in reality was 220 as total cholesterol by blood test. This is very deceptive and even dangerous, as they made me believe that I was prediabetic, when in reality I was not. And gave me a false sense of security about my cholesterol. The HLD was consistent to the classical lab test, but not the LDL. CLIA certified??? I do not think so. Wasted 240 on them and I will never buy again!!! I am going on a diet, but not thanks to them.

I’ve been looking for a way to keep on track of my key biomarkers without having to visit the doctor. Most of the kits don’t seem to cover what I was looking for. I wanted one test that would measure cholesterol, inflammation, average blood sugar, insulin resistance and oxidative stress. These were important for me as they are the biomarkers you need to keep in check for longevity! A friend recommended this to me, so I thought I would give it a try! The test is painless and super easy. It was my first time doing this type of blood test and it’s so much better than having to visit a doctor. It took 5 mins, I then put it in the envelope and can’t wat it for the results. Love this product so far! I’m going to the get the wife one next!

This test kit was so great. Easy to use, and painless! I get nervous with needles.. but this was easy! I was able to test all the health markers I was interested in checking up on (cholesterol, insulin etc) and once the results came back, they were easy to read and I was really happy with the whole process. Took less than 5 minutes. I recommended to my parents who are about to do theirs!
