9 months in and can not get it to stay on for more than 2 minutes. Battery is fully charged. My son hops on it and it turns off causing him to fall off. Thank goodness for a helmet. Turn it back on. This was a great gift for my 7 year old. I, a small adult, am able to use it too, although larger adults can't seem to operate it. It's fun and easy to balance on. The battery life is not great but it's easy to charge. It's also very pretty with the lights. We have not attached it to Bluetooth yet to play music but it does beep very loudly when my son goes too fast, so I assume the speakers are good. ... show more

I ordered this product two years ago as my first hoverboard. The first problem was the delivery of a black hoverboard instead of a white one, which I had originally ordered. The hoverboard was pretty nice. The light were gorgeous and it had good battery power life. It was very low to the ground, however, and was easily prone to scratches on the bottom. I had it for six months when the second problem occurred. I take very nice care of my possessions, so I know this was not a problem due to not taking care of it properly. While I was riding the hoverboard, it usually beeps right before it dies, and it did die while I was riding it. I brought it back to charge it and plugged it in. The next day when I went to go get it to ride it, it was still dead. At this point I was expecting it to charge back up as it had done in the past but it remained dead the next few days I charged it consecutively. After inspecting it and finding nothing wrong expect for a useless hoverboard we reached out to the company. Customer service was decent, and we returned it and got a new one a few MONTHS later. This was an entirely different model than I had ordered first but they changed it without informing us we were getting a didn’t one. The new hoverboard worked very nicely, and the sturdiness was great. It lasted a good deal of time (around a year maybe) and then it began not working again. The new one I kept inside all the time so no water damage has caused this issue. It went from lasting a hour and a half to not even a lap around my house which is not much at all. The hoverboard charger will only charge it enough for a 90 pound boy to ride it for 15 seconds. We still have the hoverboard and are unsure of what to do next since we received it a year ago. Overall, this may seem like an amazing deal for a hoverboard gift for your grandkid or kid, but you will not get anything good out of it. They keep changing the models so whatever the model, it’s still the same quality: cheep, not long lasting battery wise, and not worth a waste of your time or money. Buyer beware: it may seem like a great deal, but look for something else for a quality hoverboard. ... show more

Ordered it 01/01/20, emailed vendor if my son can get it earlier before school start, and it came 3 days later. Easy to ride by all ages. Bought it for my 12yr old but my 9yr is riding it and my wife and I have been on it as well. Only “toy or game” that I actually tried on. The pace and lightings are very keen to watch. Today is our 3rd day since it arrived but it seems to require more frequent recharge; we’ll see as time goes. So far we are pleased with it. Thank you! ... show more

It has bluetooth which doesn't matter to us. But it does not have any wheel leds and the leds on the top of the board don't even light up. My daughter still loves riding it but she doesn't know it's supposed to light up

Good for the price. My 8 hear old has fun on it. Battery last about an hour or two depending how often on it, about an hour non stop riding. Safe when ridden correctly. Would recomend knee and elbow guards and helmit, especially until you get the hang of it. My kiddo thought it would be a good idea to ride on his knees, lost control and wiped out. Got preety scratched up because he didnt have control of the board. Connects to blue easily and speaker sounds really nice. Loses connectivity when too far away from source so my son has to keep my phone in his pocket when riding to hear music. Not a huge problem though. ... show more
