Ordered for 8 year old daughter’s birthday and did everything I was supposed to do as far as charging goes, it never even turned on. I thought the charger was bad so I ordered another charger because the charger that was sent looked different than the one in the picture... the new charger didn’t do the trick so I’m guessing it’s a bad battery. I refuse to purchase a new battery when I can just return the hover board. I hate that it didn’t work too because she loved the way it looked! Just glad we could return it! ... show more
