Nice looking overall. Easy to assemble. Weird that the two halves of the sofa don't line up (i.e. match across the front). Also, a visible stability bar on the back which requires sofa placement against a wall.

We are impressed with the quality of this couch! It looks and feels great. It’s on the firmer side for seating, and seat depth from front to backrest was a little less than we’d hoped, but overall we’re happy with this purchase.

I waited several weeks for a missing hardware kit to be sent so I could assemble my new sofa. Alas, when that kit arrived and I began to assemble I found I either had wrong sides or the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong positions. I’ve just boxed all the parts back up to return. UPDATE: CHITA sent me a new sofa including hardware kit that went together just like it was supposed to. The customer service rep, Cyan, who guided me through this process was wonderful. Despite my initial frustrations I am quite happy with the sofa - it seems to be a good value for the price, and it looks great. My four stars are for the sofa, but customer service gets 5! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The screws, legs, arms of sofa, and tools are inside the zipped up part of the furniture. It took me a while to figure that that. Assembly was quick and easy. I love it!
