Chair arrived in 3 boxes, which made it easy to take upstairs. Easy to assemble too. Slide-outs with cup holders are a nice touch. Wish it came with a remote control, or had an option to purchase a remote. The control buttons seem a little difficult to get to on the side. Great chair, and good looking too.

First of all, I'd give this company's customer service five stars. I had to contact them twice. Once requesting a price adjustment since the recliner was on sale the day after I ordered it, and once because I didn't realize the recliner came in three separate boxes, not all arriving at once. I got two and the third piece came over a week later. Both times I received a prompt, and satisfactory response. For the recliner itself, Id say it's quite nice. It was easy to assemble, three pieces making it easier to get in the house. The leather is soft and pliable. The color is more greige than gray. This works well for me, but if you want a true gray just be aware it's not. Cupholders were a must for me and I really like that I can push them in so the chair looks cleaner and not like a theater chair. I sleep in a recliner every night and am not able to go try them out in a store, so ordering is always a risk. This one is very comfortable, though some memory foam in the seat and lumbar areas would make it even better. BUT, sleeping in it for five hours at a time, I have no pressure points or stiffness. I need and appreciate the zero gravity ability to take pressure off my back, and the neck and head adjustment is perfect for reading. The motor is fairly quiet and works smoothly. The controls are a bit difficult to "feel out," and I often have to search around for the right button. They are also a bit hard to reach when in the zero gravity position. The controls do have a night light feature which is a nice little extra. The USB charger does not work properly with a fast charging cable. It does work slowly with a regular cable. Overall, for the excellent sale price, this recliner is classy looking, very comfortable and a great value.

I bought this electric recliner as a gift for my retirement. It is exactly what I wanted: sit for reading, recline for watching TV, or nap after lunch. Easy to assemble and operate. It reclines smooth and quiet. The head adjustment is especially helpful when reclining for TV. I’m a 5’75 guy and I wish the seat depth could be a couple of inches longer. Otherwise it is a great recliner with good quality and price.

I love the color of this recliner and the hidden cup holder is nice feature. The leather is soft and comfortable. The size is typically for average size adult. I would not recommend this recliner for anyone who is extra tall. The chair is sturdy and reclines fully. Also nice ease of charging port included in chair.

Wonderful chair. I’m 5’6”. My feet barely touch the ground, but I don’t sit like that anyway. All of the controls create a comfort like none other. The feet lift. The back goes up and down separately! The color is wonderful. The arms are a bit big, and I don’t use the cup holders—yet. But I love it!!

Well worth the money. I bought this based on the positive reviews. I wanted a leather chair that was zero gravity. I wanted a charger if possible and this chair has that. I’m a restless sleeper and quite often change from the bed to the recliner and this chair is comfortable for sleeping however it is much firmer than the recliner that this one replaced. My son put it together with no issues in about 10 minutes.
