Purchased this as a gift for my mom. It looks surprising nice and even though it’s faux leather, it supple and soft. The side panels allow some stretch if wearing over a sweater or sweatshirt. I would say it’s true to size, as my mom probably could have worn a small (she’s small to medium in tops), but felt the medium allowed more movement and room and still hangs nice. I really like this coat. It fits wee but the sleeves are a bit too long. I just fold them under. It is cloth and faux leather which I couldn't see from the picture and I dont like that but not enough to return it. The color is spot on red.
