These blinds look great. They were also easy to install. There are no strings with these blinds. There is a rod you twist to open and close the blinds. To raise the blinds, you lift it from the bottom to the height you want and the blinds will stay there. To lower the blinds, place hands to lower edge of both sides of the blinds and pull down. I was happy to find these blinds in 16" width which is what I needed for a narrow window. It would be great if I could easily adjust the length but this is better than nothing. They were fairly easy to install, though the instructions could be slightly better in terms of illustration. One tip is, when you're putting the blinds into position to mark the location of the mounting brackets, see if you can install the valence clips and even the valence. Because the valence clips end up locating the valence a good bit away from the actual blinds, so if you position the blinds towards the inside (furthest from the window) then once you put the valence and clips on, the valence won't hide the mechanical bits of the blinds.. which is the whole purpose of the valence. Anyways, I didn't take that step, so ended up just removing the valence clips and hot-gluing strong round magnets to the back of the valence. Then I just stuck them to the metal body of the blinds, and the valence looks much better and now hides most of what it's supposed to hide. ... show more

I received blinds in December of 24 and just put up today April 14 2025. Very easy to install with a drill. Very sturdy would highly recommend just bought 2 more for other windows!!! I WAS NOT GIVEN THIS FOR FREE OR SPONSORED IN ANYWAY!

I needed a really long 82.25" blind. Because it was so long, it was a custom size. I measured my window a couple times to make 100% sure I got the dimensions right, and I ordered one from this company. They shipped it quickly, and the packaging was very good to make sure there was no damage. The price was about $50 less than I could find these anywhere else for a comparable product, and I am pleased with the quality. My handyman was able to hang them for me without any issues.
