I bought 2 of these to replace some aging blinds I had for basement windows. I opened both boxes to find just the blinds, and the stick to open and close them. But no brackets and no instructions. I've reached out to customer service on their website, which says they will not respond to inquiries because it is after hours. These look like really nice, sturdy, quality blinds. But I'm leaving a low rating because of the missing parts. Will update if I can ever get ahold of customer service to send me replacement parts and instructions. ... show more

Nice looking blinds, but horrible design with the twist rod interfering with the top slat while operating. Only a matter of time before it breaks or bends the slat.

I purchased these mini blinds for a window that's 71' wide. Their reviews made the product seem decent enough. When the blinds were delivered, we noticed a broken, torn box. Upon opening, the blinds were broken in half (with mud on it). Not having that, I immediately requested another one sent while I return this broken one. Hoping they'd now ensure the blinds were delivered safely, when the 2nd blinds were delivered the box looked a lot better. Upon opening, those were broken in half too. Ugh... I'm done trying with this one. I will look for better options. ... show more
