They tested him for she suggested using this product when I brought him in for diarrhea with blood in it. I thought I was going to lose him. At first, we just use this product and his stools firmed up almost immediately. I now have him on allergy medicine, but sometimes I feel this product works even better than the prescription medicine, at least it helps with his digestive issues with bloody diarrhea. My dog is about 15, and sometimes has digestive issues because, well, she's 15 :) So I bought her some of these probiotics, and I have to say they are working pretty well so far. The powder is easy to sprinkle on her food, and it does not have a strong odor, so she eats it all up. Her digestion is definitely better and I will absolutely continue using this product to keep her as healthy as possible. I would change two things about this product, and they are both to do with packaging: The probiotic comes in individual packets, and since my dog is only 25 pounds, I usually only give her half a packet at a time. I would have preferred if it were in a container with a scoop rather than packets for ease of use.
