Bought this after getting side swept in a car accident. Wanted to feel like my son was safe and secure in a new car seat. He feels good and safe in it which is a big plus for us considering getting back in a car is a part of life. My 4 year old 35 pounds fits perfectly in this. It is very comfortable, I love that when he falls asleep his head doesn’t automatically tilt forward. It’s adjustable so his head lays back comfortably, it has arm rests, and drink holders, haven’t had any issues putting any of his drink or snacks in the holders, he can reach them just fine, not to mention it’s very stylish. And also it locked perfectly in the truck seat. It covers him very well on both sides. I love the chest buckle it’s way easy and I love the straps feels very secure.     • Great seat for bigger kids
My daughter is an older child (6 years) and still requires the harness. Her previous car seat (same stage of car seat) became too small for her, narrow in the seat area and harness was maxed out and too tight. I ordered this seat hoping it would fit, and I am so happy with this purchase. The quality of the seat is impressive, the cushioning and roominess. The seat doesn’t seem to take up more room in the car, though. It is easy to install, I love the recline option, it helps keep her head back when she falls asleep. The harness is far from being maxed out. I can’t say enough about this car seat, it is so worth the money, I wish I would have ordered it long ago. It is a little heavy, but my 2year old loves it he sat in it and said "nice" ... easiest car seat to set up I've had yet, comfortable and it looks great as well. Worth every dollar my husband thought I was lying when I told him it was only 200$

I bought the car seat for my 2-1/2 year granddaughter because she’s outgrown her baby car seat. I love the accommodating headrest so that her head doesn’t hang like her other Gracco car seat , the installation ease and most importantly the roomy buckling belt. There’s enough room for her to move her legs and not feel too constrained. The Gracco brand was getting hard to close around her legs. I know she’ll be using this car seat for a very long time (weight capacity is 35-100 lbs). My granddaughter and I love it and that makes me very happy. I will be ordering a 2nd car seat.     • Solid Safety Seat
I'm used to other brands that have a belt tensioner, so adjusting with the belt and a lock off was a little more difficult. Not a hard install, but it does take some muscle. The weight limit for the lower anchors are so low that it doesn't make sense to install with the anchors unless you're using this seat as a booster, but I love the option and will be using them when my little buddy gets big enough to use the high back booster. The harness easily fits snugly, and I cant see it fitting a variety of children of different sizes. My only two complaints about the harness is 1. the belt clips always seem to end up underneath little buddy when he sits in the seat, and we have to dig them out. They don't stay further up like I've had on other seats. 2. the crotch strap cover always rides up over the harness buckle. It doesn't stay tucked into the bottom seat cover like it should. It also flops back and makes loading in more difficult. Overall, the seat is solid in safety and my little buddy will be using it until he's out of the car seat, but it definitely has some missing features from some of the more expensive seats. ... show more

Chicco is the only brand car seat I will use! I had purchased a different brand to see if it would fit better in our pickup truck and I sent it right back! The quality and safety of Chicco is incredible! It also kept our daughter safe in an accident. 💯 Recommend!
