So when I first received this product, it looked like it had been dropped from several feet up. An entire corner was crumpled and it was dented in several places. It looked pretty beat up. I wanted to return it immediately and get a replacement. Amazon put me in touch with the seller. To their credit they responded right away. After some back and forth messages (that I won't bother you with) they convinced me to see if it worked, and if so would I be willing to give it a try. I did not expect it to work at all with an entire corner caved in. I thought it would have some kind of leak or that it wouldn't come on or it would be full of glitches. But so far it's running smooth. It's made of of the temperature adjustments without issue, quickly too. It's a hearty little freezer. And customer service guaranteed that it has a one year warranty; so if anything happens, we call back and let them know, and they'll ship out a new one. No worries. I do not regret this purchase. I'm actually surprisingly happy with our beat up little freezer.

We bought the freezer for a small travel trailer, perfect size, runs quiet, and keeps perishables hard frozen. I would have given it 5 stars if they would have installed a small catch or lock to keep it sealed closed!!!
