I was pleasantly surprised to see to how ingeniously designed and well constructed this piece of equipment is. There's nothing cheap or shoddy about it. The solid steel framework, held in place by chrome bolts and nuts, supports a smoothly operating hydraulic piston that gives a ton (well, almost) of resistance when compression is applied at the handgrips. After a few sets with this gadget, your upper body will know that it has been put through a real workout. Anyone who's serious about exercising for strength will quickly appreciate what this chest- and arm-blasting tool can do. (p.s., I've seen no trace of oil leakage at the piston, as at least one reviewer has complained of.)

At first, I was skeptical about this piece of equipment was pleasantly surprised when I got it. It’s made very well very sturdy materials then I do it about three times a week for about 15 minutes. Did four sets I’m 12 to 15 and after two months I can see my chest went fine my lat muscles bigger and my biceps are getting huge. Use it on my off days from the gym just to give me some exercise and I’m very very happy considering the low cost and the quality of the construction.

Don't buy. There is roughly 4 to 5 ounces of oil in the cylinder to provide the resistance ( it became unusable in less than 2 months) One day I picked it up to use only to find most of the oil had leaked out all over my carpet (which it stained and I still haven't been able to get out). It wasn't a gradual leak either, between one use and the next it just failed. Not only a waste of money, but I've had to buy carpet cleaners to (only partially) clean a huge oil stain.
