I just wanted to note a few things about this chair that I didn’t see mentioned in other reviews. Pros: 1. Easy to assemble. I had the chair and ottomon together in maybe 30 minutes. 2. It is BIG. Exactly what I wanted for a big over sized reading chair. Two people could fit snuggly in it 3. It’s pretty comfortable (could be more so) Cons: 1. The color is not the same, but luckily I ended up liking it more than the picture. It is not that clear emerald green color in the photos. It is definitely more toned down. 2. The smell. It has an extremely strong smell either from the packaging materials or the warehouse. I’ve sprayed it a couple times with product to help but it is a bit persistent. I know over time it will air out but it is very strong 3. Someone got stingy with the filling. There is so much more room in each cushion for filling. I’m going to add more polyfill to help fluff them up because they are so flat and under filled and I know this could be a much comfier chair with it. 4. It’s a bit cheap. I can tell where the corners were cut but I don’t think it looks cheap and it feels sturdy when sitting in it. There’s just a few things with assembly and the lining beneath it that make me feel that way, but no one sees the lining anyways so it doesn’t matter. I would still buy this chair again, I really do like it. The pictures should just be a little bit more clear on what you are getting. ... show more

The quality on these chairs is just so so. They are very low to the ground and that was why I wanted to return ours because we’re old and could not get up from the chair. The arms also have no cushion on them.. Amazon has become a third-party platform for vendor selling their goods. Not only do you have to pay for the shipping but if you want to return them, you have to arrange for a carrier to come pick them up and pay for the shipping back to the vendor as well as not be refunded for the shipping cost of them sending them to you. I am done buying anything from a third-party vendor on Amazon’s website! They do not hold anyone accountable!! Amazon sucks anymore!!! ... show more
