I was very excited about the warming tray. I took it out of the box and tested the temperature settings when it arrived and I found everything to be in proper working order. A week later I used it and after less than an hours use the top shattered. Fortunately no one was hurt.

I used these to keep the food warm on Thanksgiving. They worked very well! 3 guests also bought them after seeing them at my house. Easy to clean and looked great. They get very hot so be careful the temp you choose!

As a professional chef, I researched long and hard and found this to be the very best professional quality. I bought (4) of these warmers and they work great. This model does come with a thermostatically controlled on/off variable temperatures control knob. The glass tops are of high quality and are easy to clean. The size hold a full size aluminum disposable pan perfectly. No need to look any further if you want a high quality product from a reputable highly respected manufacturer.

Sizes not as advertised, I measured. I was surprised at how small this was when I received it. The dishes are very shallow, about 2 1/8" deep. Listing claims the large dish holds 2.5qt it doesn't it holds a hair over 2qt. The smaller ones hold 1qt max. See my pictures. I placed a water bottle and coke can in the dishes for reference. Both stick out when laid flat. I would not recommended for parties larger than 4-6 ppl. It is a nice looking, sturdy feeling unit. I did not try it since I will have to return it

This saved our sides! For Christmas we had several siblings and their families for a dinner before Christmas Eve (we call Christmas Adam) and the main dish was ham. Some families arrived late, the ham wasn't at temperature, and some travel times were around 40 mins. All that together means the sides were losing heat, fast. I'd had my folks open this gift before Christmas since Christmas Adam was when we needed it. It worked great! My mom had made cheesy potatoes that had been done cooking for an hour and she was convinced no one would eat them since they were sure to be cold. I'd put this on high and the potatoes were one of the hottest foods on the plate and when I checked on the dishes later I realized "high" was too much as I could see oil/butter bubbling in the dishes. I switched to medium and checked later and the bubbling stopped. This year I decided to try to find products that solved common problems during family gatherings. One is that counter space is limited so I bought tiered serving trays and serving plates that are more narrow but long where you end up with more food in less width. Another one is that we never start on time where we're waiting for meat to reach temp or for a family to arrive and now I can guarantee that the side dishes will be piping hot even if we start 1.5 hours late after they drove 40 minutes. Worked great! My mom had been depressed that her potatoes were ruined by waiting so long to eat but when I told her "no, they're actually really hot" she took a bite and said "well I'll be..."

Love this warmer. I already owned another smaller warmer of a different brand but this one is way better, with 2 adjustments for the warm setting, low and medium and has a large,space. I fit an extra large baking sheet on it with 24 pot pies (photo attached, which covers the warming tray but to give you idea of space and how much it kept the pies warm. ) It is also classy looking too with a black glass top.

Purchased two warming trays for a large appetizer potluck. The trays worked great. The trays kept 8 different appetizers warm for 3 hours. Friends were impressed and are going to purchase a tray for future parties.

Initially I bought two of these for a party, not even realizing how handy they would come in during the week to keep things warm. There are many different ways to configure them with two sets, so they work for all kinds of side dishes or just two entrees. I have even used them with my serving bowls on the flat surface to keep things warm. They are good quality, work well and go through the dishwasher with no issue, though I only put the plastic lids on the top rack. I purchased mine through Amazon warehouse deals, and though the boxes were slightly roughed up, the pieces were brand new in factory packaging with no damage. These were a great purchase.
