This is very nice. I leave butter on the counter all the time since it doesn't spoil in the air conditioning. It's cute, keeps any gnats or flies or whatever out of it. But don't care for the knife. I just use an old Santa one but will get a different one soon. I don't care for the wholes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a very nice and cute product. I bought one for my sister-in-law and myself. It's easy to clean. The butter stays nice and soft for ease of spreading. We both keep them on the counter. They are compact enough to not take up space. This dish is also great for holiday dinners for the table.
