There is nothing I dislike. I have checked out a dozen similar sets like these, and while it is one of the best values, it's also the best product. I take caring for my knives seriously, while others just bounce them around in the drawer or the sink. They are constructed of carbon fiber, ABS plastic, and felt and are quite sturdy. I am disappointed that you can't buy them individually, but there is a good mix of petty size as well as medium and large chef knife sizes in the set. This is a much better choice than the plain PVD edge guards. You will not be disappointed. I have also seen some sets where most of the sheaths are over 6". I like this set because there are plenty for my small chef knives, utility knives, and paring knives. Easy decision in my opinion. The picture shows a 6" Shun chef knife in an edge guard.

Purchased an expensive Japanese knife and this did the trick to protect it when not in use. Quality is sturdy and easy to slip on. Versatile with the sizing and protects from haring yourself. Recommended for anyone who uses high quality knives.

Sturdy and protective knife holder. The only complaint is that the top of the holder is open so the knife can slide up through the opening. I've had no problem keeping the knife below the opening, but this seems odd or negligent considering the holder is a protective device. ??

These knife covers work great on my husband's wusthof knives. He has 2 8 inch knives and these fit perfectly! Highly recommend. There is soft felt on the inside to protect the blade and they look nice as well. They don't seem to catch in the drawer at all so far.

I paired these with my canvas knife roll because my knives are kept ridiculously sharp and my knife roll is canvas and could be cut. They do not fit every knife out there perfectly. There’s just too many variations. They are edge guards and cover/protect the edges of most knives and certainly all of mine. These are tight enough to stay on my thinnest Santoku blades yet flexible enough to accommodate a sturdier knife like a Deba or Nakiri. There are smaller sizes for the Petty and longer ones suitable for Sujihiki styles as well as bread knives. This set covered all my naked edges and I would fully recommend.
