My only criteria for a knife roll was that it needed to be long enough for my big 16” (total including handle) Tojiro bread sliver, and shockingly this is the only one on amazon I could find for under $50-100. Quality is fine, nothing premium in terms of materials or construction. Just a good, light-duty padded roll for storage or travel. I personally bought this for a cross country move and needed something to protect my blades for the journey. This does the trick perfectly and at a great price. No reason to not give 5 stars.

I work in a buffet at a casino. I use knives daily...all day, cutting massive amounts of fruits and vegetables. The knives they provide are basic and everyone uses them daily as well. Most of the knives are misused and are very dull. So I bought a new starter set of knives for my job. I needed something to put them in, so I bought this Chef knife roll bag, and I LOVE it!!!!! It's the perfect size for my knives. It keeps my knives organized and safe and it's easy to carry, easy to access. Awesome roll bag! Worth every penny!!

I was highly impressed with my new knife roll. It is certainly a very good deal for the money, considering that there are many other brands out there that are similar to the 'Noble,' and cost a lot more. The material, stitching, shoulder strap, and hardware, are all of good quality, and or craftsmanship. I was quite impressed with the zipper, as with products like this, the zippers are very cheap, and do not slide smoothly. The zipper on this product is of excellent material, and slides smoothly, and closes securely. A little ' Pedro's, Ice Wax, Chain Lube,' and this zipper will function smoothly for years to come. Thank you for my new Knife Roll.

This is a great improvement on my homemade cardboard sleeves I was using. Nice thick material and craftsmanship. I transport my knives on fishing and hunting trips and this will make that a lot more convenient. The shoulder strap is nice with heavy duty clips but I doubt I ever use it. I received a 10 per cent discount after the purchase if I wanted to buy their knife sleeves and I did it. They were of excellent quality too so was glad I got them. I was not disappointed with either purchase. Great value too.

This is not a knife roll for professional chefs. We use it to store the knife set for our Airstream when traveling, and for that it is perfect. The material is thick and the bag is well made. The slots fit our modest knife set perfectly. It’s reasonably priced. We love it!

I'm not a professional cook and cannot attest to how this stands up to daily use. I bought this to transport my own knives when I plan to cook while staying at vacation rentals. Having stayed in enough places where the kitchen knives were dull and dangerous, bringing my own well-maintained knives seemed to be the best solution. This knife roll is just the right size for the basic kit that I bring: 8-inch chef's knife, serrated bread knife, paring knife, honing steel, Y-peeler, Microplane, and kitchen shears. Blade guards are highly recommended, which are a separate purchase.

Seems to be well manufacturered. I don't agree that this is a 6 blade and a steel case. Sure you can fit 6 blades and a steel but you can't come close to closing the pack. It's a decent pack but it's really more of a 5 blade and a steel pack.

I really love my knife bag. I had bought three others from other company’s and they did not work or hold up. This bag is of great quality and olds my knifes in place. And they don’t get damaged. I would recommend this bag to any chef or anyone that has a really good knife set that they want to protect for years to.come. I look forward to buying more products from noble home and chef
