When I swapped to 37" tires on 17" beadlocks on my TJ, I decided to try tire beads as I knew balancing would be an issue. Don't forget if you need to balance your spare to get more. I put these in as i was building the bead locks. Way easier than going though the valve stem .

Added these in 37/12.5R17 swamper ssr radials, first time trying this type of balancing. Well let’s just say they do not work what so ever. I even followed there recommended amount for that size tire on there website. Vacuumed them out with shop vac and went to the tire shop to have balanced. Good to go now! ... show more

Actually I can't tell you if they work or not. When Installing trough the valve stem the beads have to go in one at a time or else they will clog the stem. It takes a min to get 20 to 30 beads trough the stem, times by approximately 4000 beads per tire. yea I dont have that kind of time or patients . Im open to tips or how to advice . ... show more

Tried several methods to install through the valve stem, and none were successful. Only efficient way to install would be to break the bead. Can't recommend.
