We bought this gazebo 2.5yrs ago and I would say it's held up nicely. It's been through some pretty harsh winds, rain, snow, ice and sun. We get all 4 seasons here in Washington and the gazebo stays up all year round. I understand that during the winter months it's recommended to take the tarp off, but we bbq all year, not just in summer. We had another similar gazebo prior to this one that bent and fell apart after a cpl wind storms, so after reading a bunch of reviews we settled on this guy. We don't regret it. It's definitely sturdy, it hasnt gotten loose like the other, or rusted out. Theres one spot of rust on the whole frame (pictured) and thats it. I would say the instructions were better than the other gazebo, so we already had an idea how to put it together. It went up fairly easy, and takes at least 2ppl I'd say. I don't like to review items as soon as I get them, I like to wait and see how items stand the test of time. I took off 1 🌟 because I feel like even though the tarp stays up all year- it could've been better quality. It faded drastically after the 1st year alone, and tore on the side after the 1st winter. Some ice built up on it (which we tried to knock it off as much as possible) and caused a hole, which has only gotten bigger. And the tarp is also starting to get stretch marks. One other thing that has bothered me is that the folding awning part- it doesn't sit straight. My OCD notices that one side sits lower than the other. Drives me nuts. But, other than those 2 things, it's been a great gazebo. We will most likely keep it and purchase a replacement tarp.

I was super excited to get this product as my patio gets a ton of direct sunlight which can make grilling unbearable. I got this and put it together pretty easily, the instructions were simple to follow. When I put it together it looked good but felt a bit flimsy. Then a week after having it we got back to back days of rain, I just happened to be working from home, and I looked outside, the rain was collecting on the roof instead of running off, I ran outside to push the water off but it was too late one of the metal bars in the main tent area had already bent and is on the verge of breaking, I was able to take the roof off so that the water does not collect anymore , however the awning roof you cannot just take off, I dumped the water over and over but I could only stay outside so long, and later in the day the awning bar bent in half. The gazebo is ruined after 1 week and is now and eye sore. I would only recommend if you live somewhere that never gets rain. The roof is no longer intact as one of the arms has totally broken off. Save your money do not but this product. The seller will pretend to care for their rating but do nothing to make you whole.

So I thought this was going to be a great product. It arrived and it looked pretty good, but there are 2 major flaws with it. The first is that the canopy that folds out, at its highest setting, is about 5ft 9in from the ground. Luckily I am 5ft 8½in tall, so I JUST fit under it. But I'm under the average height for men in the US, so it would really be useless for anyone taller than that. The second issue is that there is a small gap between the roof canopy and the one that pops out. I wanted this specifically so I could grill if it's raining out. I would literally be standing right where that gap is, and water would run off roof canopy, between that gap, and directly onto me. So the canopy that pops out really is useless on this grill gazebo. I'll look into making something that covers that gap so it fixes the rain coming through the gap issue, and I can live with it being short, because luckily I can fit under it. But I think adding this extra canopy was just an afterthought, and it wasn't originally designed with this in mine. But the quality itself seems pretty good otherwise, and it does shade you from the sun, so it does function how most people would need it to. Just the height of the fold out canopy and the gap are enough to bother a majority of people who would buy it. I'll try to get some photos of it and update this soon with them.

I needed a tent/canopy in a hurry as I was grilling for Christmas and we were expecting rain and some heavy wind. I wasn't sure what to expect, but this arrived within 2 days, I was able to assemble quickly and it was a life saver. I did have an issue with the side canopy like another reviewer mentioned, it was half the size it should have it have been. I contacted the seller and they apologized immediately and sent me the correct size fabric. Great customer service. I did also purchase the weights as I have mine on concrete and not grass so the provide stakes wouldn't work. I probably won't use them all year but will during the winter. I've been wanting this for years, just sorry I didn't buy it sooner.
