Beautiful. You can smell the cedar. Delivery almost a week early. No shipment damage. Extremely sturdy, better than expected. Everything well marked. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS to the letter. No shortcuts. Instructions are in depth. Remember to peel off plastic protective coating on the roofing. At least 2 people and time needed depending on experience. Con: instructions for curtains and mosquito netting are vague. I have no idea how the elastic and toggles on the netting work???

I bought this gazebo summer of 2025. Wanted to wait after winter to give a review, so here I go. I did alot of research and I'm so happy I decided on this one. Small problem with a roof panel, but the company quickly solved it. My real review is how it held up during the winter, I live in Massachusetts and we had a pretty rough winter.Havent seen one like this in a long time, we had over 2 feet of snow, alot of ice and wind . It was like one storm after another..My husband and I are in our seventies so couldn't really clean off the snow on roof. I did put away the curtains and screen. I would highly recommend this one. It stood up really great. Very happy with it.

This gazebo is very nice. It's large enough to easily fit our rectangle table and six good sized chairs. Delivery was fast and everything was there. In fact there were a lot of extra screws and washers. Just the two of us put it together. We're in our seventies, we got it done in two days. We're very happy with the quality and look of it. The price was decent also.

The instructions are perfectly fine, don’t let the other reviews scare you. If you have any assembly experience and pay attention to each items you will figure it out. The wood is multiple pieces glued together which makes it lighter weight but not sure how sturdy it is, time will tell. I built it in about 13 hours by myself, I recommend getting help if possible. The size is perfect for some patio furniture and a little extra room also. The only issue I have with it is the mounting hardware, they don’t give you concrete anchors, the screw for the mount to wood connection are junk as are the mounts. I went ahead and used the mounts but subbed out the screws for 1.5” Simpson strong drive screws and 3 3/4” concrete anchors. Make sure you look into what materials will work best for your needs.

We love this gazebo! My husband and I put it together mostly with a little help from our daughter. It is easy to follow if you can use pictures and letters for assembly, but if you are a step by step (written driven) direction follower you may not like the instructions. I would add that we purchased the one with the curtains and netting and received 4 boxes pretty quickly and it showed 1 of 4. We assumed that was it, but kept getting boxes with other hardware and the curtains and netting separately. If you order this exact one, please wait until you get all 7 packages to assemble as one box contains the replacement parts for items already in the first 4 boxes and is needed for the early part of assembly. Also the delivery damaged one of the boxes pretty bad, but thankfully there was no damage to any of the parts…not the sellers fault.

We were extremely disappointed with this 12x20 gazebo purchase. The first shipment arrived with no screws or hardware included at all, making it impossible to even begin assembly. After dealing with frustrating customer service and waiting nearly 3 weeks for replacement parts, we finally tried to put it together — only to discover the roof panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. To make matters worse, it was STILL missing additional pieces that we ended up having to go out and purchase ourselves just to continue the build. On top of that, several of the wooden legs had chunks missing from them, making the overall quality feel cheap and poorly inspected. After all of this, the company’s solution was simply to “send it back.” The gazebo came in 6 large boxes, and they expected us to pay to ship everything back ourselves, even though the issues were entirely their fault. Completely unreasonable for such a large and expensive item. For the amount of money spent, the quality control and customer service were unacceptable. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a stressful, time-consuming experience. I would absolutely not recommend this company or product.
