Excellent product and excellent customer service. They let me know that the shipment was in six shipping containers so I was forewarned when only five containers were initially delivered. Assembly Instructions were extensive and thorough. Follow the instructions exactly and you should have no problems. Instructions recommend five people for assembly. While I assembled this solo, there was one step in the instructions where five people are needed to safely erect. Cedar wood smells so nice.     • Decent quality, good instructions
The instructions are perfectly fine, don’t let the other reviews scare you. If you have any assembly experience and pay attention to each items you will figure it out. The wood is multiple pieces glued together which makes it lighter weight but not sure how sturdy it is, time will tell. I built it in about 13 hours by myself, I recommend getting help if possible. The size is perfect for some patio furniture and a little extra room also. The only issue I have with it is the mounting hardware, they don’t give you concrete anchors, the screw for the mount to wood connection are junk as are the mounts. I went ahead and used the mounts but subbed out the screws for 1.5” Simpson strong drive screws and 3 3/4” concrete anchors. I bought this gazebo summer of 2025. Wanted to wait after winter to give a review, so here I go. I did alot of research and I'm so happy I decided on this one. Small problem with a roof panel, but the company quickly solved it. My real review is how it held up during the winter, I live in Massachusetts and we had a pretty rough winter.Havent seen one like this in a long time, we had over 2 feet of snow, alot of ice and wind . It was like one storm after another..My husband and I are in our seventies so couldn't really clean off the snow on roof. I did put away the curtains and screen. I would highly recommend this one. This gazebo is very nice. It's large enough to easily fit our rectangle table and six good sized chairs. Delivery was fast and everything was there. In fact there were a lot of extra screws and washers. Just the two of us put it together. We're in our seventies, we got it done in two days. We're very happy with the quality and look of it.     • Horrible customer service! Skip the gazebo
We were extremely disappointed with this 12x20 gazebo purchase. The first shipment arrived with no screws or hardware included at all, making it impossible to even begin assembly. After dealing with frustrating customer service and waiting nearly 3 weeks for replacement parts, we finally tried to put it together — only to discover the roof panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. To make matters worse, it was STILL missing additional pieces that we ended up having to go out and purchase ourselves just to continue the build. On top of that, several of the wooden legs had chunks missing from them, making the overall quality feel cheap and poorly inspected. After all of this, the company’s solution was simply to “send it back.” The gazebo came in 6 large boxes, and they expected us to pay to ship everything back ourselves, even though the issues were entirely their fault. Completely unreasonable for such a large and expensive item. For the amount of money spent, the quality control and customer service were unacceptable. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a stressful, time-consuming experience. I would absolutely not recommend this company or product. ... show more

We are through our first winter and it held up very nicely. I experienced a couple of misunderstandings trying to follow the less than thorough instructions. The size is fine and it looks good and sturdy.

    • An absolute BEAR to assemble; not for the faint of heart, and have friends to help!
Size: 10'x12' Set name: Grey Wood Color with Curtains & Netting
First, the good: the finished product seems to be both stable and sturdy, and looks nice. But this is NOT for the faint of heart! As I write this, weeks after delivery, it is just now getting finished! You will need at least two, preferably three people at a minimum, and you will need a 10-foot stepladder and likely another smaller one for the second person. Yes, the company was helpful when it came to replacing a cracked board, but they sent the ENTIRE 120lb. box over again! What am I going to do with 2 extra uprights, three extra boards, and about 30 pounds of random hardware?! That said, the frame and the metal pieces ended up sitting out in the rain for the ten or so days it took to get the replacements, and I already see signs of rust; not encouraging! To be brutally honest, the assembly is a pain in the behind. I don't know what kit the folks who said it went together easily bought, but it wasn't this! Here are some specific observations: - The instructions are wildly unclear, and that's coming from someone who's been building things, both on my own and in this kind of 'assemble-it-yourself' project for many years. - The directions miss steps entirely or just do not provide enough detail, at one point necessitating undoing hours of work to correct something that was just not made clear or even really described in the directions at all. - In some cases, some parts were not even mentioned; unless you happen to notice them in the (very inadequate) drawings, you would never even know to include them until they are suddenly referenced much later, again sometimes requiring going back several steps. (And yes, we read the directions fully beforehand, but with that many parts, no one is going to remember that 'SS-4591 should go here.' Get real!) After the first time this happened, I was warned, but I shouldn't need to do that kind of guesswork at all. - Except for the main bolts, none of the places where you install metal to wood have any pilot holes, so I suggest you take the time to drill pilot holes (another step that is not mentioned in the directions) because the screws are not of great quality (unsurprisingly; it's something one expects with this kind of kit) and will quickly strip if you try to install them without pilot holes. - Some parts (actually, most of the metal parts) took some serious strong-arming to get to fit together, to the point that we nearly gave up because it took hours of fiddling, adjusting, wiggling, pushing, tugging, etc. to get them to fit. In at least one spot, we made an executive decision that the instructions were just wrong, and we had to figure out how to get the thing to go together. Also not very encouraging! - The much-vaunted 5x5 posts are actually nominally 5x5, meaning they are 4.76 x 4.76. They are also assembled; they are not a single solid piece. That could not possibly ever cause problems, right? - The little plastic plates provided for the feet of the posts are not adequate to protect the posts from water. I spent another $50 on proper elevated aluminum standoff post bases, but you cannot find these in 4.76x4.76, so the 5x5 ones I had to get will necessitate some kind of workaround for the brackets to secure the structure to (in this case) the concrete slab. (Offhand, I think those little brackets look way too flimsy for tornado alley; YMMV) I suppose, if you're building on a deck or planning to use masonry bases to secure the posts, that may not be an issue, but most installations I see are on a concrete slab, so be warned. Overall, I suppose you get what you pay for. This was the least expensive of the wood gazebos in this size that I found, and I did get a nice discount from Prime Days, but if I were to do it all over, I would HAPPILY spend another few hundred dollars to get something that would not be such a massive headache and take up weeks of my summer vacation. ... show more
