The media could not be loaded. Incredible quality shades and excellent customer service for a fraction of the price of typical custom windows treatments. The shades are truly a solid black blackout material, made with a gorgeous matte black fabric that looks and feels expensive. Install is a breeze too (see my video). This awesome company even custom designed and sent me renderings for approval of a pair of special order white, light filtering shades with black cassettes per my request because I wanted the cassette to blend with my modern black windows. There is a tiny bit of a language barrier as the factory is located in China, but they communicate clearly, and promptly resolved any issues that arose with my orders. I am not one to write reviews, but these guys deserve some positive feedback for their excellent customer service and fantastic product. Overall, I think this company is awesome and extremely responsive. I ultimately purchased ALL of the shades for my new custom home from them and have zero regrets! It was a risk since there weren't many reviews when I bought my first blackout shade from them, but I am so glad I gave them a shot. I love all my custom shades!! They are all perfect! If you are considering these shades, don't hesitate. You will be so glad when you only spend hundreds vs. thousands of dollars on custom, cordless shades for your home!! Hope this is helpful.

They're a bit of a pain to install, mostly just clicking it into place. But other than that they're pretty good. They cut out all light except on the edges so if you want full black out might want to add curtains as well.

I don’t usually post reviews, actually I don’t believe I ever have. However, these are so good that I felt compelled to do so. I ordered this on a whim - not seeing really any reviews - but the price was right. I was a little nervous as I didn’t get much (any) communication from the vendor as I had seen with others, but decided to be optimistic. I had them delivered yesterday and put them in today, and all I can say is I’m glad I went with these. The install was an absolute breeze, instructions were great, packaging was perfect, operation is buttery smooth, and the fit and finish are top notch! So glad I went with these and will be getting more from these guys.

This is one of the few all-black shades I could find, the quality is top notch, equal to the much more expensive blinds dot com versions I have. Interestingly, the blinds pull down and stop at any spot, rather than the spring-loaded type where you pull down farther and they snap back up. There is a dial inside the top that allows adjustment of the pull-down strength.
