I was surprised at the very fast shipping. I immediately installed it. It was pretty easy to setup. Once everything was installed, I noticed that they cut it about 3/4 of an inch from the original width. I wanted it to have just a quarter inch allowance on each end, but that's not the case. I guess I shouldn't really complain, but I wish there was a note somewhere where they said they'd cut a certain amount off the ends for allowance. If that's the case, I would have given a much more specific instruction. Oh well. Aside from that, the product is very well constructed. It looks really great and blocks out most of the unwanted light at night. I can't sleep with ambient light, so I ordered the blackout version. One other reason for the 4 stars is that the left side hangs 1 inch lower than the right. It's noticeable and is triggering my OCD. I don't know if this is fixable. ... show more

The blinds are pretty nice. The hardware (brackets) are very cheap plastic. It took more than 3 weeks to get. Package was shipped from China via DHL. DHL was very difficult to deal with. They kept saying they attempted to deliver and rescheduling when no one had been here. I’m happy I finally have them but I wouldn’t deal with all of this again. ... show more

Arrived in the box damaged - there was a scratch on the head rail and the fabric pleats were dented. Not thrilled about the quality. I entered the exact window measurements as directed. When the shade is fully drawn, the top rail wants to fall, creating a gap at the head rail. (There should be some magnets to keep it tight). The entire shade doesn't sit centered within the rails. This creates a larger gap on one side of the window than the other. I've purchased better quality from different lines on Amazon before. But I needed to customize. Will not buy this again. Put these up in 25 min. 46 x 52 blackout for my office. I chose selection that opted for a call to verify my measurements. They didn't happen. They just shipped them from China. The hard ware is plastic but they are what we, needed and for a good price. Held 1 star for no call to verify measurements and for the plastic hardware.
