    • Good stretch
As we get older we lose flexibility and develop that all too familiar "old person" shuffle. I picked this up to help me deal with that and its effects. Setup is very straightforward and simple as is use. The grip and ankle rests are comfortable. The only criticisms I have are: 1) The directions gloss over the importance of a proper warm up prior to stretching. Failure to spend some time prepping for the stretch will lead to pain and possibly injury. 2) The directions don't give any instruction or example of a "good stretch " and there's no warning about "bouncing", another potential cause of injury. 3) The connection point for the 3 bars seems a little less sturdy than I'd prefer. It needs to be light and move freely but this one seems just a smidge... flimsy. The 1st two concerns aren't issues if you're used to do any warm-up prior to physical activity but should still be included for novice users. The last concern is likely a product of keeping cost down which is the typical trade off on exercise equipment. Overall, solid useful tool for stretching old legs. Will probably help younger ones as well so long as they prepare properly and use good form. ... show more

As a Martial Arts Practitioner ( Taekwondo) for a going on a couple of decades now, this apparatus eliminates the need for a second person to help me stretch! It’s awesome, easy to use, and I can take it to the gym with me without the need of a heavy lift truck🤣 Love it!

What I like most is that this does really help your hip and leg flexibility over time. I have used it everyday for 3 weeks and my hip flexibility has improved greatly. I'm also suffering from sciatia pain from my piriformis muscle and this product has been helping to loosen my tight muscle and alleviating the pain. ... show more

Looking forward to using this while sitting on the floor watching TV. I am a senior and saw some ballet students using this to stretch and did some research. It arrived earlier than expected but I requested the items be placed in an Amazon box and it was not. Courier just dumped it on the entrance way to my condo and left, made no effort to get it to me as the purchaser - luckily our superintendent saw it and rescued it from anyone being able to take it. Very upsetting, as it is a good product, it adjusts well and while there are a few diagrams, I plan to take it slow and find more help online.
