One of the chairs doesnโt go up and down. Probably something wrong with the gas cylinder. One chair does work but the seat is not comfortable. The pitch of the seat or maybe the way itโs made, is way off. I felt like I was tipping forward. They also donโt feel all that sturdy. Maybe itโs because the seat is very narrow. Because of the broken cylinder and how uncomfortable the chairs are I requested to return them for a refund. The return was approved but I have to pay return shipping charges. I am very disappointed about this. I have never had to pay for return shipping with Amazon in all the years Iโve been a customer. Especially when the item is broken.

Beautiful chairs that come packed 2 in a box. Unfortunately the mechanism to raise and lower the chairs was defective in the only box we opened and had to be returned. Return process was smooth thanks to the vendor and Amazon.

Chairs are really pretty and elegant. My only issue is I wish they were a bit bigger. They are not wide enough and the side pieces from the back part dig into your hips. Can't sit all the way back because of that. They are definitely perfect for children but adults may have a hard time because of how narrow they are. I'm 5'2" 160lbs and can't sit all the way back.

I feel it's made for slim people I plus side and I really don't fit good on it and it bends so much forward but overall my kids love it and it's looks just likes the picture theirs really not a good support to it when I sit feels like I'm gonna fall off but just my opinion
