This book is a great reference for doing Chair Yoga at home. It is explained step by step, and the author goes into the benefits of each exercise, which encourages you to try it. Personally, I could never do real Yoga for some reason, but Chair Yoga makes much more sense, especially if you are elderly, perhaps out of shape due to an injury or surgery.
