I have zero complaints about these wonderful chaffing dishes. Made my party compliments over the top! Comes with very nice serving spoons (2 cheap tongs). I bent the little plate that can bounce around in the lid holders down on each side so that it just stays in place. The dishes kept my hot food hot (with little sterno cans burning beneath) and can be used for cold dishes as well. Excellent product!!

My husband got these for me. I absolutely love to entertain and to cook for guests. I have been frustrated about still cooking once guests arrive to keep my food warm. No more worries. I absolutely love them. Easy to use and fairly easy to clean. Not as easy to clean as the throw away pans, but simple enough.

There was NO way/where to rest the lid. I SPECIFICALLY ordered these because they stated there WAS a place to rest the lid. The lid holder came but there was NO way to connect it to the unit. The video EVEN SHOWS YOU HOW TO ATTACH THE LID, but you can’t. Once again, a holder without means to connect it, is useless. UGH

These came with all the parts intact and in good condition. It was easy to set up and the quality of the chaffing dishes is so nice! It is very functional while looking so elegant! It came in a pretty big box, but it takes up less space when it’s time to store it. The 5qt size of each dish is enough to hold so much food and with 4 in a pack, this is a great deal!

I don't know why I thought I was only getting one chafing dish but I was pleasantly surprised when I found that I indeed received a set of 4! As a set, they look very nice together, it would make your gathering look very fancy. We are going to try them out at thanksgiving dinner and I have high hopes, the 5 qt is a good size for all the sides and mains to keep warm. I like that the lids are glass so easy to see what is inside and has a little holder to hold the lid while you scoop - very important!

When I saw these, I was shocked how elegant and monumental these are. I have a very important day in three weeks and thought these might take the cake as a star of the show and I was right. They will be very well used for two sauce, warmers, and main course Buffets. I am so excited and thrilled how well crafted beautiful and phenomenally detailed these dishes and warmers are!
