I’ve been using this pillow for a few nights and honestly, it makes a huge difference. I used to wake up with stiff neck and sore shoulders, but with this pillow the pain is almost gone. Memory foam feels soft but still supportive, doesn’t sink too much. Works fine for side, back, or stomach sleeping. The contour in the middle holds the neck steady, feels balanced. I had the previous generation of this pillow and loved it, but this updated version has truly taken things to the next level. I've been using it for several nights now and can honestly say it’s a game-changer for my sleep and neck pain. The memory foam is incredibly supportive without being too firm. but firmer than the last one. I also really like the two height options on either side — I’ve been experimenting to see which feels best, and it’s great to have that flexibility. I tend to sleep warm, but this pillow has kept me cool and comfortable, even on warmer nights. Overall, I’m super impressed. This is a major upgrade from an already great pillow. If you're dealing with neck pain or just want better sleep support, this is absolutely worth trying!

This pillow is soft, and feels as if I’m sinking into an amazing layer of comfort! It provides great support and relieves my neck pain and shoulder stiffness. The pillow came in an air vacuumed bag, with very faint smell of the plastic bag. I allowed the pillow to sit and expand to full capacity within 2 hours, it was perfect shape and size with no smell. It takes up half my queen size bed, and provides the perfect size I was needing. It’s the perfect well made pillow, with the place for my arm and neck to lay. Between the soft material, design and support- there’s no comparison.
