I can’t say enough good things about this cervical neck pillow! I first bought it earlier this year, and after loving it so much, I ordered a second one again in October for my husband —that alone says everything about how great it is. The ergonomic contour design truly makes a difference for neck support and pain relief. I sleep on my side and back, and this pillow keeps my neck perfectly aligned all night. PROS: Here is the honest truth, this Pillow changed my life. I know this sounds dramatic, but I would wake up every single morning with either my neck and shoulders bothering me or with a headache. No exaggeration. To the point where my doctor sent me for an MRI. It came back fine, nothing unusual. I tried every pillow I could find. From the My Pillow to Hotel Quality to Down-filled, chunky-foam-filled, memory foam, neck-support pillows, as well as the orthopedic pillows. A few different ortho pillows as a matter of fact. Maybe one or two worked for a few nights, but ultimately the neck pain and headaches came back. Then I saw this particular Olumoon pillow. It appeared to be a little flatter than the usual orthopedic pillows. So I ordered it, it came wrapped tight and like everything seems to come now. I unwrapped it, let it open up and air out, put the case on and started using it- every single night. And I swear, no more headaches and no more neck pain. I think because it isn’t as large as other orthopedic pillows are, it doesn’t tilt me my head up. I sleep on my side and now feel like my head and neck are completely supported. And the pillowcase is soft and doesn’t irritate my skin. CONS: It comes with one pillowcase and they don’t sell one separately. I’ve read you can put other cases over it, but they don’t fit properly and the material is naturally different. The problem is the case has snaps in the middle, which is part of the design, but having one case forces me to constantly take the cover off and put it back on and eventually one of the snaps tore the material. If they sold pillowcases separately, that would solve the issue. The other solution would be to reinforce the area around snaps so they hold up better. That’s a quality control issue. I really hope they start to sell the proper pillowcase for this pillow because it’s a great pillow. One more thing, most of the pillows I tried, if not all of them, seemed to assume everyone has a long neck. I am only ‘5 tall and petite so I think this may be one of the reasons it works so well for me. Just a thought.

I’ve been using this pillow for about three weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. I’ve struggled with neck and back pain for a while due to cervical spine issues, and finding the right pillow has been tough. This one has really helped me sleep better and wake up without that usual stiffness or soreness. The memory foam feels supportive but still soft enough to be comfortable. It kind of molds to your head and neck just right. I switch between sleeping on my side and back, and it works great either way. The shape of the pillow helps keep my neck in a better position, which I think is what’s making the biggest difference. The cover is nice and breathable too it doesn’t trap heat like some other pillows I’ve tried, so I stay comfortable through the night. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. If you deal with neck or back pain and haven’t found the right pillow yet, this one is definitely worth trying!

I did a lot of research of different pillows before I decided on this one. I was looking for sufficient neck support and a pillow that would alleviate pressure on my ears, which can hurt as I am mostly a side sleeper. I am very happy with this pillow. It’s the right height for my neck and I find it very comfortable and supportive. I also like that it is a normal shape, for the most part. It does have arm cut outs on both sides for side sleeping and the center hollow relieves pressure on my ears. I have used it now for three nights and I actually am excited each night as it has enhanced my sleep quality. If you are looking for a pillow with similar benefits, I would recommend this one. The quality and the price are both good!

This pillow did not work for me. I have a very short neck and would not recommend if you have a short neck. It was super soft and supportive. I think it would be a great pillow if you have a longer neck. The thickness is good and it is soft yet supportive. It is also really east to rest your arm if you are a side sleeper. I was able to put it inside a standard pillow case.
