Suffered a painful rotator cuff injury in my shoulder, neck and arm. Nothing worked for weeks. This butterfly pillow has been a God send! I noticed immediate improve after one night. Since then continued improvement. As a lifetime side sleeper, it feels natural to sleep on my back now. Shoulders fall back in line to improve posture which allows healing by night and day. Will never go back to my old style pillows. Never a stiff neck again! Yay!!

Yes, they are made in China - no surprise. I absolutely hate buying anything made in China but the options are so limited these days. The pillows are actually not bad. One side higher for side sleepers. One side lower for back or stomach sleepers. Very comfortable if you make sure your head rests in the indented space. I had hoped it wouldn't overheat me, but it does. No cooling gel in there. My husband loves his. We both woke up with less aches & pain, even after the first night. They fit into regular pillowcases, which is nice. Not too firm, not too soft. Worth a try, for sure.

This pillow was a game changer for me. I was able to get rid of the pain in my neck and shoulders - after years of thinking it was due to my posture and long hours in front of a computer. It takes a while to get used to, but the pillow does adapt to your head and it becomes more comfortable. I told all my friends about. Solved a years old issue with $20. Not bad. UPDATE: after using this pillow for a week, I felt like I need to edit my previous review. The pillow has started to become a bit too hard. Also, as a side sleeper, I noticed it’s not as comfortable as I thought initially for side sleeping. Tried the other side, but I woke up with neck pain. Overall, I would give it 3 stars and possibly look for another brand with better quality. Very comfortable!I tried every other types of pillow and the results were the same: waking up with neck pain and a headache. But since I got this pillow a few days ago, not only my sleep quality has improved significantly, also I don’t have neck pain and headache the next day! Never thought a pillow would affect your day this much! Great design and quality

So far so good! I received this product a few days ago and have had a couple pain free nights of sleep, which is a massive improvement. The pillow provides great support to my neck while I am on my side or back, and when I roll to my side (as I often do during the night), I'm no longer waking up with shoulder pain, as the pillow gives my arms room (so I don't end up wedging them under the pillow, creating extra pressure on the joint). The material is nice and feels supportive, but also soft and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend the product to my friends or family members who are experiencing neck and arm pains while sleeping.

I have been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for over a year. Regular massages and pain medication offered little to no relief. I am a side sleeper. Wake in the night on my back. I have only had this pillow for a few days, I have relief finally. Almost like a miracle for me. I am amazed and if I would have known this pillow could have helped I would have bought it a hundred times over. I cannot say enough good things. I never sleep well, always in discomfort. I have slept very good every night since I started sleeping on this pillow. I am always tossing and turning looking for comfort. Not since the purchase of this pillow. I could almost feel the relief on my neck as soon as I laid down. It was like the pressure causing the pain was released. I am a 5'7" 145# woman. I have told everyone I have spoken to about this pillow. Best $ 34.00 I have spent in a very long time. I highly recommend this pillow.
