So far so good! I received this product a few days ago and have had a couple pain free nights of sleep, which is a massive improvement. The pillow provides great support to my neck while I am on my side or back, and when I roll to my side (as I often do during the night), I'm no longer waking up with shoulder pain, as the pillow gives my arms room (so I don't end up wedging them under the pillow, creating extra pressure on the joint). The material is nice and feels supportive, but also soft and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend the product to my friends or family members who are experiencing neck and arm pains while sleeping.

Suffered a painful rotator cuff injury in my shoulder, neck and arm. Nothing worked for weeks. This butterfly pillow has been a God send! I noticed immediate improve after one night. Since then continued improvement. As a lifetime side sleeper, it feels natural to sleep on my back now. Shoulders fall back in line to improve posture which allows healing by night and day. Will never go back to my old style pillows. Never a stiff neck again! Yay!!

Yes, they are made in China - no surprise. I absolutely hate buying anything made in China but the options are so limited these days. The pillows are actually not bad. One side higher for side sleepers. One side lower for back or stomach sleepers. Very comfortable if you make sure your head rests in the indented space. I had hoped it wouldn't overheat me, but it does. No cooling gel in there. My husband loves his. We both woke up with less aches & pain, even after the first night. They fit into regular pillowcases, which is nice. Not too firm, not too soft. Worth a try, for sure.

I LOVE THIS PILLOW! In fact I gifted some and they loved them! I was shocked at price for being so cheap how quality this pillow actually is! Soft, Comfy, Cushion Perfectly for sleeping, Able to flip for added comfort of your choice. I have spent so much on pillows and nothing compares to this pillow! It looks exactly as pictured and the quality is good, but I'm glad I got it on a discounted deal. Although it nestles the head comfortably, personally don't find it much different than the other contour memory foam pillows out there. Plus, there is no way to cover with a regular pillowcase. The value is good for what I paid and I will be using it most nights. It does relieve the neck and back pain.
