Just received this pillow yesterday, and had the BEST night’s sleep I have had in years! I awoke 10 hours after falling asleep instantly on it, in the exact same position that I fell asleep in. I knew nothing the whole time but uninterrupted, peaceful slumber, complete comfort, and ZERO pain! Better still, my range of motion was better than normal this morning. But just the freedom from nagging pain for that time was a gift from heaven above. I am ordering another today, just to have backup. It held my neck in dead-on perfect alignment. I unpacked it right before bed, and as I laid back on it, the only thought was that the acute pain I had been feeling relentlessly all day was completely gone, without a trace. The relief was so profound that my husband found me, still in what I had worn all day, with my phone still in my hand, on top of the made bed, with all the lights on! I had fallen asleep immediately after putting my head on this pillow. He had to wake me up to “go to bed!” The area of the pillow that cradles your head is made of a lovely, silky fabric. I placed a 100% Pima cotton standard size pillowcase over it for protection of its surface, and temperature regulation. The “wings” on the sides are wide enough to provide the perfect arm rest for side sleepers. Normally, my tendency is to alternate between back and side sleepers, so this is a plus. There was no chemical smell whatsoever emanating from this product that seems to be present in other similar products. This pillow is truly a remarkable find for me. Whereas it’s corollary that no one product works well for everyone, if you suffer from chronic neck pain, this item is so extraordinary for me that I would urge you to order it and give it a try, on the better-than-average possibility that it will help you, too. And if not, Amazon returns are a simple matter. Give it a few nights and decide for yourself. It might even work for you the first night. All you stand to lose is your nagging pain, and you just may gain your ability to achieve deep, restorative sleep once again.

Off the bat, I hand washed the cover before trying this wonderful pillow. When I used it, at first, it was weird because I personally never used a memory foam pillow. It is squishy when you lay your head down and then gets firm as it compresses. First few nights was a tad uncomfortable, on the third I was used to it and it is awesome! I have a slight herniated disc in neck or a strain, I am not sure. This pillow truly works! It seems to hold the head/neck in a way that does not cause issues/heals the issues you already have. I cannot guarantee this will work for you but it has helped me some already and it seems many others in the reviews. Give it a couple of nights, it is a different experience compared to regular pillows. The downward slant part, adds much needed cushion for the neck. I will say, for me I find it a tad too high for sleeping on my stomach. Seems to hold my head at an angle I personally do not like. That may change though. I keep a spare pillow next to this Memory Foam Pillow, when I find myself wanting to lay on my stomach. I switch to the regular pillow for that. You may not have this issue but I figured I would mention it as well. When I sleep on my side, I alternate between the middle of the pillow and the wing where they suggest you lay your arm(s). Many different possibilities! Some people may even like the side of the pillow without a slant for the neck. Try them all! Was easy to remove the cover to hand wash and then put back on. You can machine wash it the instructions say but it should be on a low setting. At first I thought this pillow was priced too high but it truly is an awesome speciality pillow. We often spend more on junk, spend the money for comfort/health! Like I said, you can always try it for some days and return it if it does not help/you do not like it. If you are someone who stacks 2-3 pillows on top of each other when you sleep and find this not high enough. Place another pillow under it for more height. Enjoy! *Update* - This pillow helped to cradle my neck,etc. while it was healing And now I no longer have issues! I really hope this helps you as well!

Pretty good so far. Been using it for about a week & haven't noticed any aces or other issues & it makes sleeping with over the ear headphones much easier & more comfortable. Seems to breathe pretty well & stays mostly cool. It's actually better than the $60 Royal Therapy pillow I had before. Overall good quality, well designed & most importantly comfortable.

It’s good quality but it does have a chemical smell initially. And I personally feel like it’s too high and doesn’t really help with my neck, I end up stop using it

This has been a magical pillow! Both my husband and I were waking up with neck pain when I decided to try this pillow. What a difference! I haven’t had neck pain since, and my husband who had an old neck injury and used to sleep with his mouth wide open now barely does. He also is sleeping more soundly through the night without pain. I can’t recommend these pillows enough! They are a good size, not too big or too small. I wish the pillows came with their own pillow cases and I had trouble finding cases that were made for this kind of pillow so we just use our cotton cases from our old feather pillows on top. We let the pillows restructure out of the box since they came shrink wrapped, and within an hour or so it was ready to use. These pillows are so comfortable, and we are very happy to be free of our neck pain.

I think that the pillow is constructed well. I mostly use my regular pillow to begin the night. Then towards morning I switch to this cervical pillow. For some reason, I'm not sure I'd be comfortable with it all night. I think that it does help with supporting my neck and head and alignment of my spine. And I think it does help with alleviating my morning headaches. I do not regret purchasing it, because I do think that it does help me.
