When I received the item, the battery was jammed to the point of not being removable by hand. Pliers eventually did the trick. The culprit: the refurbishment certification had been wedged deeply into the battery casing. If you can't remove the battery, you might want to want to try using pliers or a screwdriver before returning. ... show more
