Wasn't sure about refurbished. I decided to try them anyway. Honestly wouldn't be able to tell that they are refurbished. They looked new coming out of the box. Don't have any connection issues and they have a good quality video. So far the battery life is great also. Had them for a month without any battery replacing. Which makes sense since its a 2 year battery life. So everything is working great so far. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have 1 placed in my dogs room to watch her due to me working long shifts (I love watching her, she’s very mischievous as you can tell by the wall.. That played a huge factor why I got the camera) and 1 facing the front door from the inside. Pros- • Good night vision (as pictured). • Camera quality is good in day time and on videos as well. • Can tweak the settings pretty good for what best fits your needs for camera picture and video settings. • Can order anywhere from 1-8 cameras depending on your needs. • Battery powered. • Good battery life. • Can talk and hear through. • Unsure how the audio sounds from the camera, but is good enough to communicate through. Cons • Only get a free 30 day subscription of storage on the cloud. • Can buy a USB flash drive to plug into cloud and store videos on there OR pay for subscription after 30 day trial is up. • Only get 110° view. • Audio from app can be a little touchy (sometimes staticky, sometimes high frequencies). ... show more

Easy installation and set up with Sync 2 and Echo Show 10 gen 3. It makes it so much more convenient that it is battery powered, as I am limited on outlets. Wide angle view, clear video and motion detection makes for great home protection.

1-The batteries that arrived with the camera were dead or defective. Blink credited my Amazon account for the replacements. 2-One of the two cameras would connect for a moment and when I mounted it on the wall would lose connection with the sync module. Again, again, again, and again. In the very same room as the router. 3-At least 3 calls to support before the camera was promised to be replaced. It hasn't happened yet. ... show more
