This products does work, although the directions say to use at night, I used it morning AND at night.After applying I would use a clean mascara wand and brush through my lashes to distribute evenly, I would also apply a small amount to my lash line. Within a few weeks my eyelashes were longer and fuller, it wasn’t a super dramatic change but I could definitely tell a difference.What I like about this product is that it doesn’t caused redness around the eye. As a former ophthalmologist technician with a strong understanding of eyes, I remember when Lumify first came out with their eye-whitening drops about three or four years ago. A representative dropped off samples at our office, and I was really impressed with how well they worked – my eyes looked noticeably whiter and more vibrant. Interestingly, one of the ophthalmologists I worked with tried the drops for about a month, and during that time, we both observed a surprising side effect: our eyelashes grew significantly longer. Of course, I can't guarantee the same results for everyone, but for both of us, using the drops once daily led to longer and fuller lashes. We even joked about how they should bottle it as a lash serum! Fast forward four years, and that's exactly what they've done. I've been using the new lash serum for three weeks now, and I absolutely love it! I've been a loyal user of Bausch & Lomb's dry eye drops for years, so I already trust their brand. I’ve been trying to find a serum that does not irritate my eyes and actually works, and this is by far my favorite!! This is a budget friendly serum that gives real results. I apply it on my eyelashes and brows during my nightly skin care routine. I’ve been using it for a little over a month and my eyelashes look so much healthier! I do experience slight irritation if I’m not careful when applying the serum to my bottom lashes. But overall very minimal irritation as long as you don’t get any serum directly in your eyes.

I was under the impression that this was oil free and I even used AI to go through all the ingredients I knew immediately upon the first use that this was going to leave an oily residue and it did also, I don’t think it’s technically meant to remove your face makeup, just maybe eye makeup, but it immediately left a film over my eyeballs. Lumify eye area cleanser leaves an oily residue that DOES NOT absorb into skin so it DOES need to be washed off before applying makeup. This product irritated my eye area when I did not wash it off (the label instructions says no need to rinse off). Various Micellar cleansing waters are more effective removing waterproof mascara without leaving an oily feeling residue that interferes with the application and stability of makeup around the eyes.
