Set-up took about 90 seconds. What's not to like? (I had just returned another brand of "Alexa Smart Plug,Simple Set Up with One Voice Command,Voice Control,“Amazon Alexa” APP Remote Control,Timer & Schedulete, Extend Bluetooth Mesh Signal,Work with Alexa Echo Built-in Hub" That set-up seemed very troublesome) No idea what the differences could be in design/construction but, this plug was a dream, in contrast to the returned item.
