They are very high quality and I’ve had zero issues w chips or cracks or anything like that! They microwave well, they don’t get hot at all which is important! Everytime I reach for a dish, I’m in heaven! Sounds so silly but I just love these sooo much!! They are so perfect!! My favorite pieces are the pasta bowls!! They are like a plate/bowl and so unique and perfume when you have meats that need extra containment like pasta, curry, salads… beyond great! Beautiful plates; however they don’t guarantee broken dishes during shipping. I bought 2 sets because I needed place settings for 8, so I was disappointed. Until they update/guarantee their product, I would not recommend. UPDATE: Seller replaced broken plate with new set. Now I have place settings for 8! Nothing arrived broken in replacement package, and was packaged to protect from breakage.

Update: Heard a sound in the microwave at 57 seconds and my plate was busted in half. Not microwave safe. False advertisement. If I could give these a zero I would. Save your money. The gloss is beautiful and I love how individual and unique each one is. Good quality and smooth feel. They looked more blue online but they’re gray in person which I wasn’t really too happy about because I was specifically looking for blue dinnerware. They will do.

I really like this set of dishes. Having arthritis in my hands makes it hard to grasp or lift heavy things, and I was worried about the weight of these - but no worries - they aren't as heavy as stoneware. Delicate blue color is almost white, and I was in hopes it would be the shade in the picture, but I liked them so much I kept them. The sizes of plates and bowls is perfect, and the dimples and curves in the plates gives them a special touch that is very attractive. Good buy.

The product itself is beautiful and I love the dishes. However 2 of the dishes I received were broken and when I reached out to the seller I never received a response. I don't want to return them and I dont want a refund either, it would be nice to recieve the replacement for what arrived broken but the only option I was given by Amazon was return.
