When you first open it, it does have a bit of an unpleasant smell but if you read the card it tells you to let it air out for 24 hours. That is about how long it took for it to dissipate. If it goes flat I just fluff it and slap it around and it poofs right back up. Super comfortable and moldable. My new favorite pillow.

Pathetic ; this claims to be a premium and full size queen unlike others that say they are only 28" etc. This just blatantly lies and is even smaller, ~16x25inches ( queen should be 20x30" ) On top of this, it's still not even full / after fluffing it up and putting it in dryer it still just flattens. If you've had a down pillow, you know if it's flat now in 2 months it'll be like a board. On top of _that_ it also smells bad... I guess it will be just another in long line of returns.

Bought one of these pillows to replace one that ripped open in the dryer after many years of use. Searched Amazon for a replacement and decided on this one. Happy with my purchase. Although it is a little bit too firm for my taste (I believe the one I replaced was a 100% down pillow) it is of good quality and lives up to the product description.

It's like sleeping on a cloud! Just need to make sure that you use the right sized pillowcase. If it's too small then it' more like sleeping on a brick because the pillow is constricted and can't expand. This happened when I first got it. Then after I got the right pillowcase for it, it is like a cloud! I absolutely love it!

I love these pillows! They keep cool, molds to you easily and is so soft. Feels just like the fancy pillows at hotels! It does have a light smell once opening the packaging so let it air out for a while. They also come in a nice zipper case!!
