Sturdy construction and clear directions. No rattle at all after I firmly tightened every bolt at the end. Love the punching bag, it compresses a good amount due to being oversized so it's soft on the hands even for ungloved hard punches.     • It’s ok, looks good
The assembly was fairly straight forward. Everything arrived quickly. Had to buy a socket wrench for it but that is fine. Once assembled looks good and the pull up bar, dips, and push-ups are great setup…..the punching bag setup however is not that great it seems to be for a 5 foot person with tiny arms. Height wise it’s way too short for the average person and isn’t adjustable. I also knocked the bag off easily in my first session which was annoying luckily I didn’t get hurt from the bolt flying across the room, I had tightened it well too. The bag itself is high quality so I’m going to figure out something custom and maybe add some more sandbags to see if it helps the stability at all. For now seems like this stand is made for a smaller bag/person who hasn’t done much punching. I will adjust my rating if I can get a custom setup working as then the stand is worth it. Update: got the custom setup working and added more sandbags to the bottom, it holds although a bit shaky. Revised my rating since I’m still pleased with it overall ... show more

Bag and stand come separately apparently. Received the bag. My tracking number and order are now considered delivered and completed. Now I am left guessing when the stand will come. Will it be days? Weeks? When exactly should I consider getting a refund? These items should be sold separately. Will change my review once I have received both items... As of now all I can do is consider a refund, as I have no where to hang my 100 lb bag. ... show more
