Pre heat the heat machine: set to 266℉-320℉ for 120s-300s 4. Cover pattern with DTF powder, and remove extra powder. 5.Powder melting temperature and time: 284℉-356℉/140℃-180℃ for 120s-240s. (The time and temperature are also different according to different powder melting machines. If it is a thicker special effect film, you can set your own time and temperature) 6.next, Pre-pressing clothes temperature time: 293℉-320℉/145℃-160℃ for 5-10s (it is recommended to cool down after pre-pressing and then transfer to avoid continuous hot pressing causing deformation of the clothes) 7.Cover the finl with the T-shirt . Transfer temperature and time: 293℉-320℉/145℃-160℃ for 15-20s 8. Wait to cool down 10-15s before peeling off the fiml. Uniform size and proper temperature greatly stimulate the adhesion of rubber powder on the fabric. DTF Transfer powder is slow drying and easy to cold tear. This will flatten the fabric & remove excess humidity. Heat pressing temp and time Temp: 293℉-320℉/145℃-160℃ Time: 15-20s Peel off the film in one slow, slow, continuous motion. Repress garment for 10-15s at 325°F.
