These are great gel memory foam mattresses. The 8" is a little thinner than I expected but it gives plenty of protection from the flat surface of the adjustable bed frames I got to go with it. As soon as the plastic was snipped you could hear the air getting sucked into the bag and the mattresses started expanding. The hard part was getting the plastic cover off the growing mattress. My husband and I wrestled with it and finally got it off. I got two extra long twin mattresses because we are elderly and it is harder to make a king sized bed. The mattresses have no smell, look great, are very comfortable, and fit the twin EXL adjustable beds I got to go with them fine. We used a king sized sheet set to make the beds and it fit fine. I plan to get some twin EXL sheets eventually to make it even easier but for now the king sized works fine. Just be sure to order the product you want the first time because there is a no refund policy for these mattresses. I didn't know the difference between split king and twin EXL and ordered the split king first. Then I remembered a friend said it was hard to put the sheets on the split king mattresses because they have to pull them off the bed to reach the middle. So I changed the order to the twin EXL mattresses and ordered two twin EXL adjustable bed frames to go with them. Eventually we can set the beds further apart as it will be easier to make the twin beds than a king sized one. I could not cancel the split king order in time so the company is allowing me to return it since the box was not opened but I have to pay about $80 for shipping. I also have to phone the company next business day to see if there is a restocking fee. So be sure to decide exactly what you want before ordering.

Only have had it a month, easy set up and slept on it for one weekend so far. First night it was really firm, second night it started to conform to my body. Very comfortable. It is very thick and is slightly bigger than the rv bed but nothing that we couldn't squeeze in.

This mattress is perfect. It's thick and comfortable. I bought it to go on an adjustable bed frame that I bought at the same time. It's 10" thick, and works perfectly with the frame. It is well-made, and holds its shape. It keeps me in place in the bed, whether I am on my side, or on my back. The surface is uniform and solid. It's called,"medium-firm", so it supports my little extra body weight perfectly. It reached its full shape in a couple of hours, I think. I put a heated mattress cover and flannel sheets on it, and they fit well, and stay in place. Because it comes in an over-sized box, and it weighs about 40 pounds, Amazon shipped it FedEx Ground, so the driver had a dolly to bring it up a flight of stairs to my apartment. I love this new bed, after having surgery. Also, the mattress looks like it appears in the picture-sharp, and well-made. I called the company before I ordered it, to make sure it would work with an adjustable (electric, remote controlled) frame, because it shows in the ad that it has a bottom liner. The guy who answered the phone was friendly, and checked with a colleague to be sure. I am very pleased with this mattress, and the price I paid for it. It has made my recovery enjoyable.

Came on time. Looks nice has a nice cover. Like with all foam mattresses it was compressed but there was no chemical smell or fumes when opened and it did expand within the stated timeframe. Has good support. Slept on it for 4 nights ....Definitely better than the old mattress I had. The price was reasonable.

I did not realize this was a firm mattress or I would not have bought it. It is definitely firm. Like sleeping on the concrete firm. Zero support woke up with a headache every day we were on vacation. Only reason I bought this exact mattress was because we thought it was the soft version. Will be looking for a different mattress when we get home. Other than that the shape was good, the material was surprisingly nice and had little to no odor but we did air it out just to make sure.

If I could give this mattress 10 stars I would! We have a StarCraft satellite camper. The mattress that was in it was good but was a little too small for the space. I read all the reviews on different mattresses before purchasing the celestial sleep queen short. I am so glad we got this mattress. We realized what we thought was a good mattress in our camper didn’t measure up at all compared to this one. We went camping this weekend and we both love it. It is firm, but not too firm and it fit perfectly in our space. The only thing I would say would be to make sure you have it right side up when you take off the plastic because it is heavy, inflates fast and is hard to flip over in a camper. (Yes, we had it turned the wrong way.) There was no smell, and the sleep quality is wonderful! It is the perfect mattress for us.
