Poor assembly illustration. No telephone customer support. Few parts main boards missing part identification number. Due to this assembly could take many hours. Online chat no one was able to help. Product quality is good. However, without proper illustration and missing part label i would give three stars.

This bed is horrible! The slides on the side of the drawers do not align properly and pop out when attempting to close. Pullouts do not close all the way . Spent over $600 and bed is useless. Do not buy this bed!

The bed is a great design with the exception of the sliding portion. When sliding the bed back, it comes off the rails. Would probably work ok on a hard wood floor but not on carpet.

Beautiful Murphy bed! I really love this design. Everyone who comes to my house praises it. Assembly is the only challenge for me, but my husband said it's not difficult. He spent an afternoon assembling it and I'm really satisfied.
