I am pleased with the look of the bed. Feels pretty sturdy. I like that the bed frame on the side is tall enough to fit carts underneath it. We had major issues with the middle support because the holes didn't line up right. Had to use a hammer to dent the middle rod to be able to have the holes line up. Metal was a softer metal so it didn't take much to bend. If using a drill with an Allen wrench be careful because the screws can stripe.

I would give it 5 stars but the footboard (piece number 3) is missing. There were 2 headboard pieces instead and we didn't realize until we were almost finished assembling. I've contacted Amazon customer service and am waiting for a resolution that hopefully doesn't involve me having to take it all apart to ship the entire thing back. If the footboard arrives, I will happily change my review. Aside from that, it is a beautiful and seemingly sturdy bed that we will hopefully be able to actually use soon. UPDATE: I changed my review to 5 stars, like I said I would. Amazon customer service was amazing and the seller quickly shipped an entire new bed that had all of the correct pieces. Very happy with the bed and how quickly the issue was corrected. I won't hesitate to buy from this seller again.
