I like the collar and setup was easy enough for me. Our young outdoor cat leaves for hours at a time and most nights, so I wanted to track him. I thought it would work like our phones under “Find My”. I can see my teenager all of the time. The tracker that came with it usually only connects when he is home. I’ve been using it for 5 days and only 1 time did it connect when he was 1/2 mile away. All other times it will say “last connected x hours ago” and I can’t force a find or connection. Another person gave a 5 star rating but bought a separate Apple air pod tracker, which I may have to do.

I think this is a good product the tracking works good collar fits nice hard to break off unless life threatening but it was a little hard to set up but overall worth it for the price

This collar is very nice looking are elastic so they have some stretch and can in snap with the safety snap but it takes alot, they’re more likely to stretch via the elastic to come off if necessary. Which actually I found out first night in the house my youngest cat got his collar off. I played the sound to find it, and within the house I kept getting cannot connect a few times before finally connecting . I finally narrowed it down to a single room could barely hear the beep only to find out. It was because the cat buried it in the cat litter. Collar was still clipped closed, so the cat got it off by stretching the elastic strap. So it’s a beautiful color, the location sound is very good until you place it within the rubber holder that really drowns the sound out a lot. I have two of these collars and one collar is definitely a little louder than the other once placed inside the rubber holder. And second con was the fact that right directly with in my home I was having a problem connecting to play the sound. I might expect this a little further from my Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, not sure which it uses for that. As for location, hopefully I’ll never have to use it. It does show both colors on the map within the home. I think the real test may be for me to remove the collar, toss it in my car and take it for a ride and see where it shows up on the map. Update: playing the sound, is nearly useless. 80% of the time I get a message that the unit is unreachable. This is in my house 1480 ft.² and upstairs in a downstairs at no given time I am I probably more than 25 feet if that from the unit I have spent over a half hour walking in circles trying to find the collar that the cat got off with in my home. When it does play, I can’t hear it because I’m not close enough to it because it plays so low. and yet another update: it’s two hours later and I have finally gotten to get it to play a few times in every single room of my home and I have not been able to hear the beep at all. It is so low and for such a short period of time, and if there is the slightest background sound like an open window, a bird chirping or a car going by it totally drowns out the sound. I’ve dropped it now to a three star only because I believe at least it would show me a location if the cat were to wander off a distance, but as for the sound it’s useless, at least on this one unit my other cat, his collar does seem to play the sound a little bit louder.

The collar came off three days after putting it on my cat.. the tracker shows it is across the ally into my neighbors back yard, but can't find it because the beeper is not loud at all. It did work somewhat with about 1 to 3 minutes lapse..
