    • Great for 6th grade algebra
This is a great affordable calculator for 6th graders who are entering into Algebra. I'm not going to give a review of all the features, and this calculator has man, but it does have the features my pre/algebra 6th grader needs. It will do fractions including mixed number fractions. It also has an reciprocal (1/x) feature which is handy. Also, it has a niffty simple equation solver (2x+5=15 for example) which is simple to use. Ratios can be done as fractions so that is already covered. So, it pretty much covers fractions (simple and mixed), ratios and it has an equation solver (that allows you to put X on one side or both sides of the equation and you can put fractions in the equation too). So, it pretty much covers 6th grade math anyway. This calculator does not graph though. So, for math classes that do a lot of graphing or graph analysis you will need a graphing calculator. ... show more
