I like Cannon products. The battery back up hasn’t worked in this one. Maybe the battery is dead upon delivery? This isn’t the first Cannon product I’ve bought and probably won’t be the last.

    • I works fine
I have used it for about 6 months in my small office, and like it very much. It's a little slower than it's predecessor, I owned for about 15 years, but that's not important to me. The auto shut off is great for me, I was forever leaving my old one turned ON.
