We really like this couch. I was worried about it arriving damaged as most of the reviews talk about how it arrived with cuts, scrapes, other damage. It was delivered by UPS in 3 separate boxes. They were fairly "light" and I was able to move them into the house without a problem. Assembly was easier. There are a couple of bolts that go through the underside that are under a lip that makes it difficult to get to, but it got done. Those took the most time to do and probably 33% of the time putting it together. Everything kind of of just squishes around, even with Velcro holding the lower cushions in place, but that works for me. I can sit, I can lounge, I can lay down...it moves to make me more comfortable. Of the 4 or 5 couches I've bought in my life, this is the most comfortable. It's HUGE! Make sure you have enough room for it if you have it all together. You can easily unhook the ends of it and put it in different areas of your room. Each section has at least 4 legs, so it can stand on its own. Everything is zippered, so you could take the covers off, make your own, wash them, make the foam firmer. I am quite delighted with this! After having the couch for about a month now I can write a honest review. The couch came on time and in 3 big boxes. I thought it was going to be way too small and started to really worry. Until we actually took it out and started putting it together! Wow is it much bigger. Super easy to put together too! I love this couch. You can't beat the price we paid for. We are a family of 6 and it's perfect. Surprisingly very easy to clean as well. Only downside is the back. It's Much lower than you would expect. We occasionally use pillows against the wall so we can lean back all the way. I'm sure it's meant to keep you from being lazy and having proper posture but we like to get lazy lol I would absolutely recommend this couch and already have to several friends and family members. ... show more

I was able to get this couch for quite inexpensive for $800. I knew that the couch would have to come with some problems. Luckily the only issue I have is that the back pillows get out of shape. I clean a lot though so I always fluff them and they go back to normal. If you’re a smaller person the chaise would be amazing! If you’re tall I’m just gonna say that when you lay down your legs are bent and your feet on the ground. If you curl up though it’s fine. Otherwise it’s a really aesthetically pleasing couch. I was weary to purchase this because I live alone and there were reviews about having to drill holes and nightmare assemblies. The couch did come in (3) very large boxes so I needed help getting them up 2 flights of stairs to my apartment, but after that the assembly was pretty painless. All of the pre-drilled holes lined up on all various parts and pieces, and I didn’t need any additional tools. The couch came with an allen key and the exact amount of bolts and washers needed to put everything together. There was no damage to the fabric or frames, and at first the couch cushions were a little stiff but after letting them air out for a day this is actually a pretty comfortable couch for an Amazon piece of furniture. My only complaint is that I had to completely unpack all three boxes before I started, because some of the bolts came in the first box with the instructions, the second box had no bolts and no instructions, and the third box had the remainder of the bolts. Definitely not a dealbreaker, but I did get worried at first that I was missing pieces. Overall, the couch looks great, is comfortable so far, and was easy for me to put together by myself. The media could not be loaded. The couch description is accurate , most people complain about how low the couch is , but in the post you can see the measurements, so you can be aware about the size before complaining about it. It is just as the picture ,and very easy to assemble . It came in 3 big boxes the same day and it arrived before expected . I take off one star because they send me the wrong color I bought the Royal Blue and they send me the navy . Thankfully the navy was pretty, so I keep it. We love it. The color is gorgeous. Easy to assemble. Very comfort and looks amazing in the master leaving room .

This was delivered in 3 big boxes, 2 was delivered then 1 the following day. The instructions were straight forward and very easy to assemble. The color is rich and beautiful and the feel is very soft. It’s not so bad with the comfort level (price you pay) so I’m not complaining it’s alittle but hard but I’m sure it’ll break in and be more soft as we sit on it. But for the price it’s unbeatable. Nice couch overall if it didn’t come damaged. Most of all the corners were busted and had little to no cushioning to prevent this. It came in 3 boxes with screws included, but there was no screw key so you’ll have to get your own. The parts of the couch were wrapped in foam sheets to keep the pieces together but nothing around the corners which is why I think it came busted. The couch itself sits pretty low and also low back support but we knew that from the other reviews. The process to actually put the back cushions to the actual couch took forever. It was very difficult to connect the screws to the holes and you need tiny fingers to get in certain spots. Screw keys couldn’t even fit so you have to sit there for a minute. The chaises are pretty short, they give you the dimensions in the product description. I’m 5ft and my legs hang off. Overall would I buy it again? Probably not but nice couch for the price! ... show more
